Worst chicken I ever had in my life. Tastes like a yuck. The pieces are so big. The layer around the chicken is just a cover, it comes off easily. And the flesh is like a paste.Please don't waste your money.

Horrible service through drive-through they ask you automatically what you want don’t even let you talk and tell them what you want and then they tell you to pull to the parking lot which is really not easy the way it is coming out and then you asked for condiment and they tell you to come inside and then the food is cold they’re just in there talking laughing having a great time not doing their job why are you guys there if you guys don’t wanna work

I wouldn't give zero stars to this place even if I could, just because the manager responded to one of these employee's mistakes. I had family over and everyone wanted KFC, honestly I didn't wasnt to but majority voters won. BAD CHOICE. Went to KFC bought the family bucket, and took it home. Upon arrival started to get some drinks ready. Everyone started to serve themselves. Suddenly everyone stayed to say something smelled. Thought it was the chicken, no. The corn?? Nope. It was the mashed potatoes. But because the mashed potatoes were bad and had touched other foods, they were bad. At first I didnt taste it, but then started to smell it. It was spoiled, my 2yrs old nice threw up my sister threw up. My room mate said his stomach hurt after eating some. But before he said anything I had thrown up myself. Took away all the untouched and unfinished food threw it on the trash can. I wasn't going to say anything but everyone insisted to report it to he FDA. But I decided to bring the remaining spoiled mashed potatoes to this establishment and report it to the manager. At first I was ready to accept and apology and a here is a fresh batch, which I was not going to take anyways. But when I told the manager all he said sorry and threw the mashed potatoes into the thrash with out any, are you ok or what can I do to make this situation better. I got so mad I demanded a full refund, and if he would have said no, I was definitely going to report this. Also let him know ahead of time that if my niece didn't stop vomiting and had to be taken to the hospital I was going to be back. He then said he would reimburse my money but not next time. I responded there would not be a next time. Then after a few back and forth words another employee came with an attitude of that's bull $#!+. I ignored him as much as I could guessing he was probably the one who made those mashed potatoes probably saving some old ones or mixing new with old. Nevertheless the my niece was given some home remedies to settle down her stomach. It worked. No one wanted to eat anything after that, everyone had a terrible time. WORD OF ADVICE, make sure to smell and taste the food before consuming because the manager said make sure to bring all food back, it's their ""policy "". I might go to a different KFC but definitely not this one. Im not saying dont come to this place, but if you do, be careful.??

My food was lukewarm chicken, and bland. My mashed potatoes was not hot, looked like they added to much liquid. Very disappointed ☹️

Did not make my Spicy chicken sandwich fresh as advertised on TV and on site. It is supposed to be made to order.

Very disappointed in the nuggets. I ordered 12 pc combo . A waste of money. The nuggets were burnt and very dry . My dog wouldn't eat them. Will never go to this one again.

Stay Away!!!!TERRIBLE Everytime I have come I have a bad experience!!!!I have been waiting for over 20 min on an order they asked to drive around to front for. My wife goes in to complain and some guy comes out to tell me he is out of hush puppies. What kind of service is this?

I visited this restaurant as an Uber driver. I waited in line for 15 mins before getting to the speaker, waited another 15 mins to get to the window only to be told they didn't have everything for the customers order. Something that should have been told to me back at the speaker. It's understood there's shortage in staffing and supplies, but a better job running drive thru and communicating with customers needs to be the focal point.

Very bad service over 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru. the manager very rude he told me don't come back here again because I told him my food was missing the drink and spoon.
