Terrible customer service. I was wondering why the car ahead of me ordered, approached the drive-thru window and pull off quickly. No one answered the intercom system, I saw an employee outside talking to a friend and when I approached the window, the manager had his back turned towards me. This is the second time I have experienced bad serice at this location, so I will never return.
The worst service ever. Lights were out on more than one occasion and they acted like they were closed couple hours early. Food was cold and they were so rude and short trying to rush u to order then just stick their arm out the window to give the food then close it. I won’t ever waste my money again. None of managers care how the employee do their job
Wanted to try the chicken strips went to the drive thru the order taker was friendly. The chicken was small I ordered a wry if three but I received two and the fries were cold.I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t turn around to return the food. This was a waste of time and money.The two stars is only because of the order taker and the cold Pepsi.
Had a pick up order and it was still not closing time. I know because I checked on the door. Went through the drive through and sat for about 10minutes watching someone completely IGNORE me. Then drove to the front and walked up it was locked. No one even acknowledged I was there, and I saw them so I know they saw me. I do not recall what time it was but I know I still had an hour before they closed because it said so on the front door! The least they could have done would be to not ignored someone! It's a respect thing. I myself will not go back here unless I have to and IF they change anything for the better. I will change my rating.
This restaurant is horrible. Do not go to this location. I ordered two items from the menu, and they screwed it up. Not only did they fail to provide a receipt, but they left out part of the order. I tried calling them several times, but they refused to answer the phone.
As always, our food was cold. I dont know I go back except I love their pot pies, and that is always hot...still never got a cookie and I was to be there by 19:33 and I was there at 1934, and then I had to go thru the drive thru. Which took 20 min. Hence why the food was cold. When I tried to say something the girl at the window, said no its not thank you, and shut the door. I can NEVER GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER.
I was here at 7pm on a Sunday, open light was illuminated, staff was inside, but ignoring the drive through speaker and window. I've never experienced a restaurant clearly ignoring customers until they left.
I have been going to this location for about 3 yrs and today I was never so disappointed to spend $25.00 on a meal ! I ordered the fillup meal, I told the lady I wanted all dark meat. I get home and there were 2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 little wings and 2 wing drums. So I tried to call and talk with a manager, but after 5 attempts nobody answered the phone. KFC on S. Cooper in Arlington, Texas, I will spread the word and you have lost my business.
Be no stars from me. If you get enough bad reviews you need to shut down! Came to get a pick up order, sign says pick up inside, doors are locked. Had to go through the drive thru and wait behind 4 cars, didn’t have any grilled chicken like the website says. Then got my food and they missed my 4 cookies and water bucket drink so had to wait 10mins for someone to see me and answer the door. Place is a joke.
This chicken has been out under the heat lamps way too long!! It’s very dry and stale and the skin is rubbery!!! The only piece in the entire bucket that is even decent is the light colored leg u see in my photo. And that’s only because I asked for a couple of drums. This is the third time this exact thing has happened. Come on people have some integrity and if u are too lazy to make new chicken when u know you wouldn’t eat it like that, then go find another job to be lazy at. Ur ruining my fried chicken!!! This location sucks!!! And oh lawd it’s not coming out of ur pay so fill the sides all the way up!!
