Good sandwiches and even better service. The entire staff was super nice, but Courtney definitely went above and beyond. She was really sweet! She gave both of my daughters free chocolate chip chunk cookies (I ate 1, cuz...). Anyway, cool location
Typically always order from this location. However, last 3 times haven’t been great experiences. 1st one sandwich had ham on #5 Vito’s. 2nd time placed a mobile ordered for pickup and it wasn’t processed until I went in and inquired. 3rd time meat portion was off. Not sure if there is a protocol on slices of meat, full or ends but I paid full price but got partial slices. The cucumber slices were bigger than the meat slices. Totally disappointment.
Went there for a late lunch.. food was good and the workers were friendly and nice. That's why I gave it 5 Stars

One of my elderly clients use this location at least 2 times a week. They order the same thing and every time we call in the Order it never fails there’s always a issue at this location.We ask for delivery and the order is always wrong or they forgot to bring the drink or substituted the chips wo contacting the customer

Has always been great till today, bread was rock hard and stale, said they ran out and had to use yesterday old bread. It will be a while before I visit this location again.
Love there sandwiches I get one at least once or twice a week for work..
First off, I have been ordering JJs before it was cool, yes, I used to go to the original JJs in school. I love their sandwiches but this particular location is not freaky fast in the least when it comes to deliveries. In early August it took nearly 2 hours and then this time it is over an hour as of this review. I am expecting my drink to be watery and everything to be less than fresh.Update, food arrived at the 72 minute mark and no drink.
This location has fallen off from previous performance. If you go here, go before 3pm. The younger night crew have bad attitudes, very slow (bc they're always new and high turnover). I mean slowww, may as well be going in reverse. Food is good but customer service is horrible. Go to Dino's Subs on Collins instead. They are the best sub shop in Arlington. DINO'S SUBS ON COLLINS!!
