Usually I have great experiences from this shop but today wasn't anything pleasant. The young lady obviously didn't want to work because the shop opens at 10am and it was 10:30 am and she had the doors locked. The other lady that was making sandwiches was about to open the door for me and she stopped her and just looked at me for a few seconds, rolled her eyes and finally came to open the door. I said good morning, the lady said nothing. I had to ask this woman 3 times about the customer's order I'm delivering before she answered it's not ready yet. Ok I let the rude lady make it today. Next time I won't let it slide. If you don't want to work, baby stay home. I pray whatever is bothering you gets better, but you can't act this nasty working with the public. I might be a driver but I represent the customer. I don't eat Jersey Mike's often but the next time I do and see her behind the counter, I would change my mind fast.
I AM SO SHOOK. I’m so upset but it’s also funny. I tried a location in Euless today and was blown away. Amazing first impression.I tried this location expecting the same quality but my sandwich was SOGGY. That thing was 92% MEAT AND MAYONNAISE. I unwrapped it and that thing FELL APART IN MY LAP ? Pile of hot mush. I’m still gonna come back though, but probably not for a while I’m so dissatisfied.
The staff is so friendly and great at their job. I always get the turkey and provolone in a tub. So good.
Just went in to get a wrap, young lady who helped me was professional until she passed me along to someone who shouldn’t be in customer service horrible communication raised his voice “what” when I said pepercini bro it’s a banana pepper you shouldn’t be handling my food if you are gonna be rude ; he shouldn’t work their young lady ok sorry you get affiliated with that clown
Delicious as always!! This store always has plenty of staff and each member has an assigned task so the line moves smoothly. So glad to see how many people come for the quality food and service at this location.

one of the workers will catch an attitude with you because she’s behind since she stops making sandwiches for one order to start a new order. I was waiting for thirty minutes for a mobile order that said would take 15. So a 45 minute wait in all, for one sandwich— there was four workers. Need friendlier and more competent staff.
Good in person, trash on door dash. They've messed up every order I've made. I ordered a #9 Mike's way with pickles and got no oil and vinegar and no pickles... HOW DO YOU MESS UP THE STAPLE OF THE COMPANY???
