Marion and Melissa are the best. They always make my visit enjoyable and the food is always good. I got to try their new chocolate cake tonight and I will order it again.

Wondering where my review was from this morning. Again the sandwich was terrible very very tough could not even chew it. You can see the Irish potato soup in the background which was cold smh

Very good variety of sandwiches and bread options with generous portions. Well stocked salad bar. Lots of tables with attractive dining area. Great for a group lunch.

I ended up asking for a refund for my online order. When I came to pick up my order, I was told that they were working on it. I kept waiting and was told this 2 more times. It felt racial in nature as I saw many other people receive their orders while I was there 30 minutes past my promise time. I hope no one else has to experience this.

I’m so over Jason’s on Road to 6 Flags. We always get a to-go order (we place it inside the restaurant) and 4 out of the last 5 times the order has been incorrect in some way. Yesterday was the last straw. They didn’t appear to be busy but yet it took 30 minutes to get our order (just sandwiches and potatoes). People who had called in their order 20 minutes earlier came in and they waited as long as we did. They got my cheese wrong on my sandwich and when they replaced it the slice was so thin you could see through it. Also the sour cream was missed in my potatoes. They used to be so good but I honestly think they want you to leave with your order and by the time you get home you notice their errors and you don’t feel like going back to get what you ordered. Whatever you do make sure you get a receipt because when you take it back, and you will, they need to be aware. I am now looking at Jason’s in my rear view mirror.

I've been to this location many times over the years and have had good experiences. On this visit, I joined another party late and after ordering my Reuben THE Great (Lighter), there were a bunch of dishes backed up and customers waiting around. They were told to be seated and food would be brought out. At that point, there was a 30 minute wait. Don't know what happened, but since I arrived late, my food order only took about 15 minutes to be served. I think there was a huge lunch crowd on a Sunday. My Reuben sandwich was good and the server was nice.

Coming here to hang out with a friend is the perfect space, comforting and nice lighting. In the time of COVID-19 there is people social distancing and staff wearing masks and always wearing gloves when food is being prepared and the food is always top notch. The ice cream machine is always broken when I visit and the mac and cheese is nothing but stale Kraft Mac and cheese that somehow taste like cardboard. All together, amazing place to come eat or have a get together with friends.

Marion Owen was fantastic to deal with for our order for teachers at our local high school. She went above and beyond. It was a pleasure working with her. While we ultimately had to cancel due to inclement weather canceling our event, there process of ordering was easy and I felt very confident that we would have had delivery without complications.

Pros:Portions are bigNice quiet place to eat.The background noise doesn't interfere with a conversation.Clean locationFriendly StaffCons:French onion soup - flavorlessLoaded baked potato aka plain jane- super oily/greasy, and bland flavor. The Muffalatta - ok flavor. Will not pick this again. It was missing something... Like it needed another ingredient to take it to another level. Maybe like a vinegary hint? Not sure. Not here to tell Jason's deli how to make their food.

I have been a customer at this location in Arlington for over 20 years. The service, food, and atmosphere have exceeded my expectations on all of my visits to this location. This Jason's Deli is more than a place to eat its an experience to cherish. My children have become Jason Delier's (is that a word?) in their adulthood as a result of the phenomenal staff and great family experience. Please visit this wonderful Jason Deli's location and you will start the same tradition that I currently have with my family. Thank you Jason's Deli at 780 W Road to Six Flags, Arlington!
