I met a friend here for lunch. It has the feel of a real BBQ joint -- very low-key, you order at the counter before sitting down, that kind of place. I got the 2 meat meal and the brisket was solid, but the sausage was superb. I asked about it and discovered it was made in-store. It was dense, with less fat than in most BBQ sausage, with a fantastic flavor. I will go back to Jambo's just for the sausage!
I was able to ponder upon a great little gem today! Jambo’s BBQ did not disappoint! I was raised around a family that loves to BBQ and are rather competitive when it comes to the flavor and texture of the meat. Upon walking in I was greeted and able to have a quick chat about some local favorites. I chose to try my two favorite meats brisket and ribs. Both meats were flavorful and tender. The ribs were fall of the bone delicious! I also tried the cowboy corn which was amazing!! This place is a MUST try!!
The food is always delicious and fresh. Serving are huge I usually am able to get three meals out of one order. Today they were very sweet and gave my mother a peach cobbler for her birthday. I also love the quiet atmosphere.
Not much I can say about this place that hasn't already been said. Some of the best barbecue around. Very large portions. Have been here several times and never disappointed. Get a meal or order meat and side by the lb.
Best bbq I have found in Arlington Texas. My husband and I have yet to find one thing on the menu we don't like. Oh, and did I mention the peach cobbler is to die for. Awesome and friendly staff. Good prices and portion sizes. 5stars
A little pricey but the food was excellent and huge portions! Staff was very friendly and the dinning area was nice too. Definitely recommend to a friend.
A place that offers amazing food. It’s a historic marker as well. They serve sandwiches and just meat as well. The ribs burger is a must try.
I meet with friends this place often! This is the best place to eat. I visit this place routinely. The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant to have a rich meal.
Went up there for lunch and Paul made me a customer for life! The mac and cheese is off the charts!! Meat is super flavorful and moist, by far the best barbecue I've had in a long time! Me and my crew at work with definitely be back ASAP :) Thanks Paul!!
Awesome BBQ!!!! The best sausage I think I've ever had!!! The location on Division has limited parking but that is the only downfall. All of the employees were great. I will definitely be back!!!!
