Avoid this store because they will not pay attention. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no meat. I don't eat pork. As you can see in the photo, the sandwich has exactly what I asked the to omit. When I called the store they told me that no one came through the drive-thru this morning and ordered that. I gave her the name on the receipt and then she asked if I could come back to have them correct it. I told her that I am not returning to that store again.
This location has gone downhill over the last 2 years or so, to the point where this was probably our last order here. They are super slow and staff is lazy and/or rude. The burger patties were burned, charred, dry, tasteless all while being only some what warm. We ordered curly fries and got cold regular fries. We ordered 2 orders of tacos and only received one and then tacos too were cold cold.Just all-over disappointing.
Horrible food. Got a spicy chicken and ordered it with swiss cheese....not only did i get American cheese but chicken seemed like it was super old and expired as it had already been warmed up multiple times. Also ordered stuffed jalapeños and same seemed ilke they reheated them by placing them back on fried the cheese was completely dried up...just disgusting.
I went and order food and ask for a order of load mini tacos and I asked if they can add tomato and she said no cuz that was not recipe..lol last time i checked you can customize your order.. they were rude the whole time. Last time I go to that one.. I'll take my business somewhere else..
All I know is what I received is not what was advertised. Then I asked for pickles and received two stack on top of each other.
I came during normal operating hours in the evening and saw the worker standing there on their phone and she told me over the intercom that they were closed. SMH it's not the 1st time they have lazy workers or that this happened. Management really needs to do better with their employees
I havent had a chicken pita in a very long time (a year or so) so I decided to get one. It tastes bad now. It used to be my fav there. They went from grilled chicken to some weird chicken that tastes like it was microwaved. Some chicken product instead of a real breast grilled. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Not my favorite place any more, but they still make a great spicy chicken sandwich...and my friend will NEVER turn down their egg rolls.
This has to be the worst jack in the box in Texas or it just the night shift I do not recommend eating here..
Husband and I always love coming here for some late night snacks! Since we come so late, the drive thru is usually busy, but that’s expected. It’s not a long wait if you’re really patient. We love getting the mini tacos and churros! I would recommend that people use the app if they currently don’t, it has a lot of great deals and coupons that you can use.
