I luv this Jack in the Box! The food is always Hot and Fresh! Sometimes drive is busy but we’ll worth the wait..
It took a little while to get through the drive thru but it was worth it. The food was nice and hot. The only thing I would remind you is to make sure to ask for condiments or else it will not be given.
Ordered breakfast sandwich and coffee Items were hot and served quickly. Good svc and clean restaurant
The lady in Jack in the box was a nice lady. She did her customer service she asked for do I want a drink and it was clean
It's Jack In The Box but Everytime I bite into their Tacos it brings me back to my father and I sneaking out for a late night snack when I was a kid. First tacos I ever had.... Still my favorite when I eat there.
Middle Eastern lady taking drive thru is rude. No eye contact, barely greet customer when pulled up to window. Puts the food far away from reach of customer. Seem super unfriendly.Gave me wrong food one time and instead of starting with an apology, begins to blame customer saying I should have confirmed order at the speaker, when they rush thru our order without putting in entire order in sometimes.
It was good. Hadn't been to Jac in the box in years. Was visiting family.
I have only used drive thru and the staff for the most part are present to deal with and service is fast but the food quality what can we say it is Jack in the box fast food so.
Service has improved positively, they communicate better about orders and setting up food ready time accordingly.Good job to the man in command for restructuring the service
