Worst Jack around! Food was old and greasy and people in drive thru need to change their attitude! So rude! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...
Yes if you want good food or get what you did order somewhere else the food May not be better but I bet you will be happy even after I bring it up to the person who took your order she tail me I didn't order what I just told her so I had to get another employee there to take the order out I won't go back there.
One of the worst locations I've ever seen. I've even tried it a few times just in case it was a fluke. They run out of random menu items on every visit. Hours listed aren't accurate. My daughter ordered a chicken strip meal once and they wouldn't give us ranch without paying extra. Stupid. I've been to some good Jack's but this isn't one of them.
Claimed to only have Ultimate Burgers, Bacon Ultimate Burgers, and Chicken Sandwiches. The fries they gave were stale and disgusting. Had no flavor on fries. Was extremely disappointed with over all experience.
Horrible service. First I ordered curly fries, they gave me regular fries. 2. I asked to order some she said she cant take orders at the window. 3. She didnt give me a receipt. Horrible!!!
Their store hours are from 6 am - 3am and I arrived at 1:40 am and the lady taking out the trash said it’s closed and she lied and told me they close at 1 and they put a pallet in the drivethru so no cars can go in
This has to be the worst location ever. Order salad they dont give salad dressing. Everytime i go there they mess up something but uet they want $15 an hour. Become competent and maybe youd deserve what u make
Came here at 10 pm and they said it’s closed hope the owner of this establishment knows what his employees are doing
I order food through their app. App says it'll be 5-7 mins. I get there see the line for drive through and think good thing I ordered pick up. Only to find out their dining area is closed so i hope in line of which there is no way to get out once in. About 26 mins later once I at the front my food isn't ready and waiting cause no one was checking only orders. So now I'm waiting for them to throw it together and it's still cold. Who schedules only 2 people to work on their high volume day.
In reality your store doesn't even deserve a one star. My order was not correct by far. The drive through line was exstreamly long so I didn't not actually check my order once it was handed to me only because I asked specifically if what items I ordered was what I ask as I was calling back out to them what I ordered and the person at the window could barely understand English even but said yes . so I drove away only to find out I had an entire order that was most likely the car in front of me or behind me once I got home. I have called the number on my receipt for 15 minutes now back to back and still no answer.
