Bed experiencia this is the . Second time i have bed. Experience whit this place. They give me my popcorn chicken hard like rocks. They forget my chicken nuggets My straws And. They don’t give the receive. I ask them. For my receive wen i get. In side store they keep say the putt. My chicken nuggets and is not true. Cuz. I check double time and they check also very mad. I wish I could give 0 starsEmployees were definitely rude and rushing me after having me wait 5min to order. Then got my entire order wrong. I've called 6x and I'm gonna keep calling. I spent 34 dollars to be upset and that's not ok. I definitely won't be returning I'm about to just take Jack out my wheel house completely to many disappointing meals from any of the locations lately.
Everytime I come here, your employees working sound lost. I think you need a training refresher on customer service. They don't know how to take orders properly. They don't speak up, they don't listen, they rush you when ordering. They didn't even mark my drinks so I don't know which is which.They just have no common sense here. It's a bunch of kids with no supervision. Please fix this problem
It's a great place to go to if you're on the run and just want something to eat very fast their hamburgers are very good
If I could put zero stars I would. I came on 02/04/2022 at 12:40pm for an mobile order i had made and they were closed. Literally no cars outside the jack and also nobody answered me at the speaker box. By the looks of it it seemed closed. I returned to the store on 02/05/2022 and tried talking to the manager about it and they said that they were fully open and even though i had told her that nobody answered whenever I came to the speaker box. Management is honestly really bad at this location. She never gave me my food that I payed for and never received. Start hiring better managers ?♀️
Didn't expect the burger was gonna be small than in the image of the menu, just one meat, one cheese and the meat was Bearly cooked, as well as cheese wasn't grilled enough too; my experience in that restaurant was horrible. Thank you.

Definitely the TRASHIEST establishment... forgot a whole bag of deserts, when we came back up there they refused ANY sauce, and laughed at us when she handed us the rest of our food. I hey that you're working a teenage level job... that's on you ! If you don't like your job get a better one (:
