WORST JACK IN THE BOX EVER!! I had placed an online order and let me remind you I’ve never had an issue with placing and online order till now! when it was time to go pick it up I was told at front counter that nothing ever went thru when the jack app charged my card and emailed me my receipt. So when I went to show an employee the proof I had I was told there was nothing they could do about it and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there no point in speaking with one when there’s nothing they could do! The older lady working there who was attending me also was getting loud with me because as she states “ there was nothing she could do about it “ So I left and come to find out this morning I woke up to a email saying that my order was cancelled! So yeah they cancelled my order FOR NO REASON!!! never again will I go to this jack or refer anyone here! And the employees are RUDE and don’t got no proper training!
The young Spanish lady at the counter has a very rude and unwelcoming energy. When I first got my order she shut the window so fast I couldn’t even ask her for a ranch. Me and my daughter joked and counted literally 87 seconds before she noticed I was still sitting there. After she gave me my ranch she slammed the window again, no have a good day or nothing. So I checked my order and seen they forgot cheese on my burger so I went in to ask them if they could put cheese on there. She grabbed my receipt out the bag and then snatched the burger to take it to the back, the bag fell behind the counter. I was a bit uncomfy at this point, she manhandled my burger lol. After she brought back my burger, picked the same bag up, slid me the bag, then walked away without saying a word. I said excuse me you’ll lady you ok your coming off super rude. She proceeded to throw a fit and tell me whatever I said hi at the window. I joked it off with the lady’s in the back telling her it’s Friday, smile. Overall super awkward, never had this experience at a jack n the box before.
Went to this location on my way from an event. Cynthia is extremely rude and doesn’t need to work with customers if she doesn’t like her job. A guy took my order thru the drive speaker. Got to the window, asked Cynthia to read it back because the price didn’t sound right. She had an attitude about that. I told her there were too many nuggets on the order. She removed the extra nuggets, closed the window and walked away for some time. Came back to give me my food and drinks. Got home, 30min away, and Im missing nuggets so I had to drive 30min back to this location. Just to receive attitude from Cynthia…for them not putting my food in the bag. Get back home, get ready to drink our drinks and my Sprite is water and my Root Beer is Dr. Pepper. What a waste of $22, time and gas spent! Unfortunately she kept my receipt when I came back for our nuggets, but I would not have came back for my drinks to be replaced. I cannot express enough how upset I am for the wast of money, time, and gas!
Ordered a Jumbo Jack with cheese and 2 tacos..the burger was so dry and the cheese was cold. The tacos were good.
Jack was empty this afternoon but the store was amazingly clean and the staff was friendly. Food was hot and fresh (because we were the only ones) and everyone else in Arlington missed out this day.
I ordered 3 different meals and was given a single buttermilk when asking for some and that I would need to purchase extra if I wanted more sauce. If I ordered 3 meals I should at least be given a butter milk for each meal, then the lady proceeded to tell me that I didn't order any jalapeño poppers and thats whats the buttermilks are for. That cinithia Lady is the worst. Done with this jack in the box
Super fast ... food was hot....tailgate couldn't of went any better thanks everyone !
I bought 2 meals with a large pineapple mango. Had to throw EVERYTHING in the trash. They burnt my meal. I tried calling no one answered the phone when I got home. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT JACK IN THE BOX EVER AGAIN. $20 AND SOMETHING DOWN THE DRAIN
My food tasted awful due to the oil being old. The color of my fries and fried chicken were dark brown. Will not be visiting them any longer.
Worst ever! You know I'm at a hotel and you don't put napkins or condiments...charged an upcharge to get a shake and no shake but yet no drink either! Called Angelo the Manager and he really needs to go back to Customer Service school! I work in Customer service do no I'm not a Complainer! Geez so disappointing ?
