This location is really bad as of recently I help my other half as a door dasher at night during what most would call a graveyard shift and every time we would be coming thur the drive thru on multiple nights this location would either take longer to get said orders out or the midnight shift doesn’t seem to wanna work with the customers at all or they take forever in general to the point that we seem to waist more gas waiting to pick up the orders than what we would make on a said order and if I could I would give them a negative star rating I feel that they don’t deserve a single star on there rating due to the bad service we seem to have gotten every time we have done thru here
I'm not one to leave reviews but man. This place gets my order wrong every single time I've been here and i never complain nore asked to get my order corrected! But today was just ridiculous and I literally order the same thing every time! Today they forgot my coffee. Fine I went back ,as the lady hands me my oder I noticed my coffee was extra liquidity and dark(I oder the new one)so I asked her how come this is so liquidity, she said it's made with ice cream. I responded that I'm aware of that ,that's how I noticed it looking so different ,i told her that my coffee was not made correctly she said I don't know I'll ask the lady that made it. Turned around and didn't come back. Didn't made me a new one didn't even cared for what I had to say. I never complain nore had I ever gone back,because I understand that mistakes may happen but maaaaan today didn't seem like a mistake ,it seemed like careless workers. And the baby they had sitting under the register seemed to have had everyone in there distracted. Last time I go to this Jack.
They're patty melt it's pretty damn good I get a hash brown with it and put it right on the Burger and it has the most insane blend of flavors ever I even have it for breakfast.
Wish I could give this place half a star. Horrible service for delivery. They didnt even get the right order and were missing so many items, if your looking for jack and the box, look for different one this one is very disappointing, either staff or service needs to be better, otherwise close this one.
We spent $40 only to receive someone else’s order. On top of that, the food we got by mistake was cold and the ingredients seemed old. Completely inedible. Worst experience we’ve ever had at a Jack in The Box. Do not go here.
The worst experience I have had in a long time. We ordered through the app and when we went to pick up they had a sign that said they were closed. Which is fine, but we needed them to cancel the order. We pulled up to try and get their attention at the window. The guy inside shook his finger at me with such attitude and stomped off into the back. the only way to cancel this order was with them physically, we had already selected the we are here option. But they refused to even listen to our inquiry. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years and this is an astronomical way to treat paying customers. I've been disappointed with this location for a long time, this was just the cherry on top.
Don’t waste your time. I don’t even know where to start. You’ll wait forever for your food, will most likely be wrong, probably cold. If you go after the lobby is closed or when the employees are feeling lazy you’ll get the “we’re only taking cash” or “I’m so sorry but our systems are down” excuse. Go somewhere else!
Wait time is RIDICULOUS. Especially around 12-2 i waited in line for 45 minutes with about 8 cars ahead of me. Cant belive the owners allow this type of establishment to run like this. Workers look understaffed which explains the long wait times. UNBELIVEABLE
Great food for low price. Love their tacos and breakfast Jack sandwich with ham, egg and cheese for less than $2 beats even all competitors prices.
