I took my grandkids yesterday after their graduation we waited 20 minutes to be seated she got our drink order bought the drinks back we ordered our food about 45 minutes later she bought the appetizer we ordered but into the chicken it was undone she came back and got it and fixed another it came out after about 10 minutes that time the cheese sticks were not fried on all sides so I just told her we didn’t want it and I asked where our food was she would check we waited about an hour for a sandwich that was dry pancakes omelet and kids chicken strips. That will be my last visit to that one we looked over and three different tables had been seated after us and when we got our food they were getting their checks. It was just horrible
Plus: They're open 24/7; My meal was hot and really good. Priced right.*I like the elbow mac-cheese better. But at that time of night, fewer carbs the better.Negative: Very unusual for me, but I dropped by IHOP for take-out around 11:30p.m. one night recently after having work done on my car. I did not leave there with my meal until 1:00 a.m. What was the hold-up? ?? I did notice the cook walk out from the back twice however. ????
Today was ok, went for breakfast and food arrived cold. Maybe due to the draft where we were. However it's not like it sat on the table. We ate as soon as it arrived. Service was good, our waitresse took it back a brought out fresh. So all was good.
We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. We were seated right away our waitress was very patient and very friendly. The food came out fast and tasted great. Everyone was happy with what they ordered and the plates were empty by the end of our brunch. Great experience.
They literally have nothing youngsters that’s allow there “friends” get a table regardless how long you’ve been waiting. I had previous great experiences but this one ruined it all the way. They thought it was funny had an older couple waiting before us and they left naciste they had to wait longer for a table because of this situation. Might need to find a new IHOP to go to from now on.
Food not hot, servers won’t write down orders just want to wing it. Take your time and focus on service your tips will reflect it! Only bright side is I got my pancakes I wanted.
Were returning from a road trip with my daughter so this was a good stop for breakfast before heading home. Staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, the service was reasonably quick and the food was well, IHOP food. Gets what you paid for..

Nearby tables with dirty dishes the whole time. Very few customers, so no reason for slow service. Plenty if wait staff. Why didn't a manager make sure things were clean and customers had eating utensils? No silverware when food served. Had to get up and ask. There were senior citizens at the table who were unaware of the senior special prices. What has happened to the good reputation of IHOP?
Food was good except the turkey that was cold but the second was fine.Waitress was good but we literally had to ask for our check at the register.
