This IHOP made my Easter experience a blessing from God. My daughter loved the big steak omelette and said the meat was tender. We always come back for the pancakes and they have good variety of toppings. I was impressed of all the new items In the menu! I ended up enjoying the breakfast then the bbq at my church potluck spread! I know it’s been hard to even have restaurants staffed these days so the management is doing a phenomenalJob to keep up with these time. They gave excellent service from the host to the manager. Claudia Flores took the time to go out of the way to be very helpful and kind. We will certainly be back! My baby’s first Easter was unforgettable! Thank you all for all you do!
I'm not one for complaining I understand that sometimes things happen, this was uncalled for...Really need to train their Hostess better, then they are. When dealing with customers you should pay attention, and look at them. How in the world, are you going to speak to someone and ask their name, supposedly wrote name down and then seat 4 other customers that were behind you and when customer addresses the issue, you have the audacity to tell the customer " I never spoke with you" wow bad customer service.
Well my hubby and I were in Arlington. I has a I hop gift card that I was trying to get rid of so we went to I hop. It was another poor customer service experience. I did not want to seem rude. I ordered a Jr hamburger and fries. I knew I was dealing with a whole new generation because the food tasted horrible. Food was always scrumptious. Hubby was mute. I was demanding. Wish I could have gotten better food. I hop could have tried harder to please one of their most loyal customers.
We went here this morning. Costumer service is good. The waiter who took our orders is awesome. Drinks served less than 5 minutes after ordering. Food didn’t take long to be serve. And foods are hot and good.
Tracy deserves a raise! We came in pretty late, but the place was super busy. Tracy was amazing! She was super efficient and super nice even though she must've been stressed from all the customers. Excellent service!
The Burger was Good! ?Years ago when IHOP had their IHOB campaign introducing their burgers, by the time my friends and I got to one, they had run out. Traumatized by the event I never went to an IHOP again (lie) until recently. With bated breathe and quivering hands I raised the burger to my mouth and winced in anticipation as I took a bite... and it was GOOD!!Anyway, I've never had a bad experience at IHOP. Not a memorable one at least, they do what they do and they're good at what they do.I got the Cowboy something-or-other Burger.
Marissa was our waitress! She was so sweet and attentive! She explained to us that she was new but you never have been able to tell because she was so professional and fast! Thanks for the great service Marissa! ♥️ The food was hot and sooo good!!
Server was great. Food was average which is what one would expect. Kitchen made my order wrong, server noticed right away and offered to get it remade but I was in a bit of a hurry so I just ate it.
My daughter, her boyfriend and I went for Sunday brunch at this location in Arlington TX. Wait time was 10 minutes and they did say us on time. Food was great. Service was Excellent!!! I did not expect that good of a service considering how busy they were. We were setting near the kitchen. It was running Smoothly. I recommend this location IHOP
I can only speak to my experiences. This was a great experience. I know IHOP is a chain and this restaurant is facing low labor but I got great food and great service. The waitress, Naidelin was prompt to take my order and everyone else's. Coffee was always full and prompt with food. The food was quick and hot. Will come back again when traveling.
