We stopped by after WrestleMania because the kids were hungry again. The greeter turned us away because "they were busy", told us to come back in 30 minutes, and only then would he jot our names down. This makes zero sense. 1.) He had a paper to write names down and serve them in a specific order. 2.) They weren't that busy...I saw the list and there were maybe 5 parties ahead of us. 3.) Two guys come in right after us and he said I can serve you. I really should have made a scene but we just left. If getting a seat is this difficult, I can only imagine how awful the food is.
Service extremely slow. No mask mandate. Huge roach walked across the lobby floor. I ordered online to pickup at 1030 am. It's now 1109 am and still nothing. Additionally there was pieces of hard plastic in my omelete.
Our party of 3 arrived at around 3:45pm on Sunday. There were a few tables occupied but it was not a very busy time. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Once we were seated, we were not approached at all. No drink order, no "Hi, be with you in just a second!", no nothing. The waiters were rolling silverware and attending the few other tables that were occupied. They made eye contact with me several times but nothing. After sitting at our table for about 5 to 10 minutes with no server, we left. Never returning to this location, let alone an IHop.We were wearing masks and my friends are LGTBQ, can't help but think this was discriminatory. Bad look, Ihop.
By far the worst experience I've had in any restaurant ever, our waitier seemed to not want to be there, my order came out wrong and when I told them it came wrong they took the food and said they'd come right back with the correct order. I sat there for nearly an hour and my family was near to finishing their food when they came to ask us if we were ready to pay when I hadn't even got my food yet and when the food did come back it was the same wrong order so I paid for the rest of my family and left with a stomach empty and a bad mood don't recommend this location to anyone looking for good food or service. One star doesn't even cut it for the service given here
It's ight, we go every now and then and it's usually okay but this time the table we got sat at was sticky, the waiter was slow to greet us and reluctantly took our orderBut the food was good so that's good
Food Was Great! And The Manager Ahmad Was Such A Nice Waiter And Very Professional. He Checked On Us Every 5-10 Minutes To Make Sure We Had Everything We Needed To Enjoy Our Meal!! Such A Great Worker And Very Kind. Highly Recommend Seeing Ahmad!!!
I always go in the evenings but the cook right now is amazing. He always gets my orders right and just how I want it. I enjoy this place with my husband and 3 kids. 1 baby but doesn't eat yet. But yes. Yummy place for breakfast at any time.
Do not remember the name of the waitress that waited on us but she did her thing. When we got there they were super busy and was short on help. I was not yet seated and was waiting to be seated. She seated us and started helping with other tables. Come back and got our drink orders and was still helping other tables. She was a real MVP!!
Good food.. no turkey sausage tho.. these restaurants need to step up with the times everyone doesn't eat pork. Turkey sausage and chicken sausage are readily available...
Ordered for curbside pickup. No one came to my car. I wasn’t dressed appropriately to go inside because I had my dog in my car and didn’t expect to have to go in the restaurant (that’s why I chose curbside pickup) my food was supposed to be ready by 9:05. I arrived a little after 9:10 and called. No one picked up after 20 minutes. Had to finally go into to the restaurant a little after 9:30. It was so embarrassing! People were staring at me. Paid almost $40 just for them to not bring the food to my car and for it to be sitting there. Will never order from this location again! Y’all need to do better!
