I love going here for a variety of tea. The taste is much better than any fast food teas in the area. I only knocked down one star because they consistently charge for add-ons (that are supposed to be free such as oranges or lemons), or charge full price during their 2-4 pm happy hour. One time I asked the cashier, “it’s happy hour though, right?” I still got charged full price. I mentioned this because maybe more training needs to take place. Aside from that, I’m a loyal customer here and love their tea!

26 real filtered water brewed teas made with natural fruits from a Texas Based chain. Really friendly folks. Sampling is encouraged.I got the ginger sweet peach and mixed with sweet green tea and mint tea. Very bold and minty. HH from 2pm to 4pm every day with half price drinks. Will be back!
Tea flavors are limited. Very. I got the coconut. It was okay. Don't see them being open beyond the summer. Nice staff but not enough variety. 32 oz medium for 2 and some change not that bad. It was just okay though.
Some really good tea! A few snacks but mainly tea. I appreciate the back story and their efforts to use quality water in their tea, as thats usually the first complaint I have when ordering house made tea from a restaurant. Great rewards system as well and love happy hour. Sweet mint is my go to.
First time to HTeaO and I absolutely love it! They have great flavors an manager was very nice & very informative. I will be back!
went there today with my best friend and customer service was absolutely amazing! the teas were so good! definitely refreshing! I even bought gallons to take home! definitely recommend
So glad Arlington got an HTeaO! LOVE HTeaO but especially this location, quick & friendly. The tea is phenomenal as well as the staff. So many different flavor options and they carry the CUTEST yeti and hydroflask products in store. Always a great mid day refresher!
