Came here for a pickup order. When I went in, the blonder hair male worker told me to go out side and get in the line? I asked why? They said the lobby’s closed. No signs, all doors unlocked, all the lights on, but the lobby’s closed? When I asked them the drive through line was very long and if they could please give me my order, they asked me to wait. The guy then gets yelled at for taking an order wrong come to me and tell me to get in the line outside cause they hadn’t made it!???? After making me wait i add you. While I could see the contents of the order ready on the shelf behind them. They were just being lazy, rude and arrogant.Noted: after I was turned away I saw other people being served inside.(picture for proof)This location is racist. That’s the only conclusion I can come to after being treated the way I was.I placed my order here personally before and they had gotten by chicken wrong(instead of roast they gave me fried). What’s more as I waited outside the blonder hair guy came and gave me my order. Instantly the manager and asked me for the order as they thought “there was a problem” and that I was given the wrong order! Like really? Who are the people managing this place?Today was the last straw. Never coming to this location for pick up, or ordering here inside ever. Total waste of time. I left without my order. Never coming back
I have attempted to file my issue at the link given - the sane error occurs thru 'oracle. If this weren't one of the worst order experiences that I've ever had, I'd let this go!There were two food items missing. I made multiple attempts to call the store - I was hung up on once, received an error message or no answer. I waited to try later and was greeted by a very, rude/disrespectful woman. She told me that I couldn't get one item because it was out. Then she said that my name/order wasn't in the system-she wouldn't take my order number. I let her know that I was intending to take further action.Reviews of this store show similar experiences. I will never go to this specific store again! I had been looking forward to eating from 'Golden Chick'. Besides the missing items and horrible customer service, the food was good!
Came to this golden chick today and was ordering my food. All of a sudden the general manager BYRON interrupted the girl taking the order to say “that’s the last thing I’m going to allow you to order then you’ll have to pull around and get in line again” after only ordering 3 meals. We ignored it and ordered our last meal a chicken sandwich and he said “that’s going to be 7 minutes so you’re going to have to wait” his tone was extremely aggressive and condescending towards us. When we went to the window to speak with him he kept closing the window on us and ignoring us. BYRON is so rude!!!!! Bring back the last manager she was much nicer!
Came here at 5:18 pm, I was the 2nd vehicle in the drive thru. Ordered 15 peice with 3 sides, 2 orders of poppers and gal of sweet tea. I received my food at 5:32 but never got my gallon of tea. Asked one worker about my tea and he says that they are backed up on food and they haven't started on my tea. So I'm like swap it out! 5:46 finally got a gallon of tea ???... worker didn't even apologize for the wait. Think I'll go to chicken express next time!
Been here twice. Both times, the food was amazing, and the manager was so nice. We got catfish and shrimp combos both times. Had to wait for them to get the fish cooked. That was no problem. I love fresh, hot food. Have a couple of these stores that are closer, but I will continue to go to the Golden Chick by UTA, because I know excellence when I see it.
This place has really gone downhill recently. I gave it a 5 stars about a year ago but every time I visited in the last 6 months has been TERRIBLE. One time I was told to wait for my rolls, waited 30 MINUTES to be told that they ran out. Another time I got the wrong items. This time one of the employees blocked the drive thru with their car?? I won't be back

Drive thru was fast, the lady at the window was nice but the guy that brought my food to the car was rude !!! I tried to ask if I got spicy Zing and he didn’t even let me finish the question when he turned around and told me to drive through the drive thru again when there was two cars there. So he wanted me to wait again for Zing ? I had my son asleep in the car, if not I would get off. I called to get his name and Byron hung up on me when I told him he was rude to me. Byron you need to treat customers better. If that was his name, I don’t know if he lied.
Very friendly and fast. Great customer service. Would have been 5 stars, except they forgot my frys and rolls. They were quick to fix it.
It's definitely a fairly a quick in and aut wit th drive Through window. Great food and sides..... will definitely be back
