I really love how small and neat this place is and ambience is 10/10. Tacos from this place has never disappointed me. Love the balanced flavor and seasoning in tacos. And the amount of fries I got for 3$ was amazing.
Don’t walk but run to Gilberto’s! Loved their fresh street tacos and their friendly service. My only regret is ordering just one birria taco ?. My company ordered seconds though, because that’s how good they are. Enjoy!
Good classic Mexican restaurant that I wouldn’t ever turn down with nice assortment of salsa. I ordered a huarache and my husband got a taco enchilada combo that came with rice and beans. I’ll have to try the Birria tacos people seem to rave about next time.
I had the 3 taco combo plate. You can chose your meats but I went all Barbacoa.Meat was cooked perfectly, very moist and no fat. So good I could of ate 3 more. But after tackling the rice and beans I would not of had room. Staff was friendly and quick service. Thought price was slightly high for street tacos. However, the meat was high quality and they took the time to remove any fatty chunks.
This place has some real good Mexican food and the roll tacos are on point. My daughters also loved the quesadilla and this place just became one of my favorites.
I LOVEEEEEE This place, when I want some authentic, amazing Mexican to go, this is the spot no doubt!!! They are fast and great customer service. Food is always prepared right and a great portion. So convenient. Parking is a little hard. But that won’t stop me. The birria tacos are the best. But this time I went with the chicken torta with rice on the side. Omggggg rice was perfectly made. So good.

The best birrias tacos in Arlington! They have the best consomme too! And the best salsa de Arbor! And they seem to be the only ones with orange cream soda on tap! I'd go there just for that!
