Food is always good drove 50 mins outta my way to go to the store I used to work at cause why not? Started off as it should got my bowl great. Never came to check on me a one person table, my server yelled how all her tables were being needy, I had been sitting with an empty glass for awhile I was unaware it was self serve on drinks now, never was mentioned. I was planning on having a drink b4 I left I was celebrating finishing my training. She instantly cashed me out but I couldn't figure out apple pay machine they had, no help. More frustration from her asked her to do it and she finally showed me the spot. On a positive note although my server looked at my glass 3xs another maybe host did help me out . I went outta my way to tip her but my server I tipped because I'm a server myself not because she deserved it. I'll stick to Togo's for now on cause I still love the food
My family And I ate lunch at the Arlington Genghis Grill today we had a server by the name of Valerie who was very sweet she did everything possible to make our visit enjoyable. Valerie was very well versed in all aspects of the food and drinks served there. I will definitely be going to eat there again and recommending it to other people... Thank you Valerie for the excellent service
Valerie is always so incredibly sweet to me every time I come in. All of the staff at this location is honestly some of the best wait staff I’ve seen in a long time. They are always very patient and kind to me, especially when they have rude customers, they are more professional than I could ever be! All of them deserve praise and a raise!
Our waitress was terrible did not listen. We asked for things she was clueless drinks were not what we ordered. The dessert we ordered we asked a certain way that didn't happen. We asked for wet naps she had no clue what we were talking about then lied and said they didn't have any. Will never go back to this location again.
People walked out and they had 1 waitress, their district manager and a cook and they still managed to give us excellent customer service and took care of everyone like a boss. I was extremely impressed with how they handled the situation. Gave the girl a $75 tip for Killin it.
My husband loved this place. It was his first time there and he called the food Happy Food! The staff was Awesome and our waiter done a great job also. We had our own little bomb box on the patio listening to music. It was a great date night for The Brooks'
bad service with the pink hair waiter bad attitude since the beginning when i enter i just stay because i love the food there , everyone else were smiling just her 0 star if i could !!!!!!!
The wonderful workers printed off photos of Spider-Man and venom for my little boy to color while we enjoyed our food. The service was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend this location because of it. Thank you for making our dining experience so positive.!
Terrible food, quality really has gone down. My base was fried rice, and it arrived all clumpy and sticky moist. stuff at the food bar, was a mess,. I wont go agian, and was a fan for years
The food tastes will be mostly based on how you prepped it. Unfortunately the cost is too much for the create your own bowls. This is not an every week type of dining place unless you can afford the higher than average prices.
