I had the spicy bulgolgi stone pot rice. It was very good, rice came out crispy and the toppings were fresh. All meals come with a salad bar and soup. Price was very reasonable.
Tried this place for the first time today (got the rice bowl with bulgogi), and it was great! They even threw in a little extra for me, which didn't go unappreciated! :) The purple rice was awesome and the veggies were so tasty! Absolutely going to hit them up again in the future.
I got the spicy bulgogi bowl with purple rice based on reviews, sure enough the beef is tasty! The shrimp tempura was crispy and worth it as well. The toppings though could do with more flavor. Most of them tasted similar (mushroom, seaweed, etc) as I was left waiting for a hit of spice or pungent sour that I enjoy with pickled toppings.
Good food. Don’t have to go that far to Carrollton to have Korean rice. I will be back.Plus, they have free salad station, which I love it!
It was my time dining here I wasn’t sure how to order and the young lady at the counter was extremely helpful and patient.I had the hot stone bowl, I believe with the crispy pork, purple rice, and spring beans. I also ordered an order of spring rolls, calamari, & edamame.Since I dined in there’s a small salad, fruits, and soup bar that complimentary for dine in patrons. I tried the beef and sea weed soup. It was my first time having it and it was pleasant. Nothing like I was expecting it taste. The beef broth was very tasty.The portions are an exceptional amount and on top of that it’s super delicious! Definitely a must try out for lunch or dinner.
Went here for lunch today, partially to celebrate lunar new year with some fried dumplings. Their veggie fried dumplings were great! Sorry I took the pic after 4 of them were already eaten. I ordered the hot stone bowl with purple rice and almost all the toppings. The only downside was that they didn't have any tofu. The flavor was great though! I'll be back again. It was very clean and service was good. Plus they have a decent salad bar to get some appetizers.
Wonderful selection of combinations. Loved the flavors of the different meats from the Spicy Shrimp, Shrimp Tempura, Short Rib and Bulgogi! Choose all the toppings and the purple rice was amazing! Only one smudge of problem was the dry fishcake but other than that, everything was delish! Great little spot for lunch! Very clean, fast service, and great bulgogi. I got takeout for 2 and only spent <5 minutes in there. Their spicy bulgogi is really delicious!
This was exactly what I was looking for on a cold night. The food was so deeply warming and the staff walked me through ordering. It reminds me ofgetting a burrito for the first time at Chipotle. I had a hot bowl with spicy Bulgogi and all the toppings it was really good and felt really healthy. I'm writing this knowing full well that I'm going to have a hard time getting into this place in a couple months. So definitely try this place they just opened and it's absolutely amazing.
