The cashier was nice and polite. The kitchen staff was horrible.I have allergies and their solution was to pick the item off...Then act like it's my fault they couldn't read what the cashier placed on the ticket.

Was really craving some tacos so i thought I'd give fuzzy's a try since I've heard about it for so long now. The food was good but i wouldn't say it justifies the price. I got 6 tacos and it totaled out to be almost 30 bucks and the tacos were pretty small. The tacos tasted great though and the place was clean

Fuzzy's use to be one of my favorite margarita spot! Not sure what happened today but couldn't taste not liquor and I added a shooter AND it was SUPER SUPER sweet! Glass was not wiped off from syrup dunning down it which left hands very sticky everytime I touched my glass! As for the food the enchiladas weren't that great either! Very VERY DISAPPOINTED! ?

First of all, it should be zero star for customer service. My co-worker warned me these were not the best tacos and I should have listened. I ordered a shrimp taco and brisket taco. It was a sloppy mess! The brisket has a weird tasting sauce on it, I had to throw it in the trash. First & last visit for me.

usually i love Fuzzys and the food is great but this last experience i had with them was terrible. the refried beans smelled like hot garbage and tasted old. the cilantro lime rice was hard and wasn’t cooked all the way. my veggie enchiladas had carrots in them that were well over cooked and burned. 22$ for 2 meals was such a waste.

Always good food. One of our must eat when in town. The fish tacos are fantasdic and the brisket or spicy pork nachos are aweaome as a meal or share with family or friends.

I saw a page review about Mrs. Sandra Billy and I must confess that She is a good trader and best in her field as they said, She managed my account after I invested $700 I got $6,200 within few day's of investment I was so shocked, with Mrs. Sandra Billy, your money is 100% secured,. Trust me you have nothing to lose You can contact her via Email: [email protected] WhatsApp:+1(512) 893-1587

I recently ate at this Fuzzy location with my grandsons and the service as well as the food was great. We were attending a UT Arlington baseball nearby and this experience added to our time together. We also had some confusion where it appeared they had added charges to my credit card beyond the bill for our food. The store manager and Fuzzy’s GM got on this and addressed my concerns with a quick refund even though I later discovered the error was mine. Turns out Fuzzy’s also operates concessions at the UTA baseball fields and I had made a second charge there. I will reimburse them but this is a great restaurant, customer focused staff and fantastic food. I highly recommend them.

If like mexican food, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Yikes. Rice was about half done and crunchy. The house sauce is not fit for human consumption - I am not saying it isn't good sauce, I'm saying it is nasty and inedible. I will never go near this place again.

I wish there was a horrible management option to pick.I ordered food from there to be delivered to my home. When the food arrived, it looked like the order had been turned over and an entire burrito was missing. I called and spoke to a manager. He asks me what was missing and I tell him a fajita steak burrito. He then proceeds to tell me that it was in there. I told him it wasn't because I'm looking at the order. He then tells me to bring the food up there so he can see it. It's 9 o'clock and I have a 5 year old that has been waiting on her quesadilla. I initially refuse and say I'm not doing that because my daughter is hungry. He acts like he's not doing anything about it unless I bring the food up there. I asked him if he thinks I'm lying. He says he's had people do it before. This is a $9 burrito not a $50 steak! Fine! I'll come up there and I'll bring you the food and you're going to remake everything because it'll be even colder than when it got here. I get to the restaurant and ask for the manager. As soon as he comes out, I throw the bag on the counter and ask him to find the burrito. He proceeds to take the entire bag and throw it in the trash. He's lucky some lady that was in there drunk distracted me because I was about to let him have it. This issue is not over. I've contacted legal counsel and I will be going after this manager's job.
