My boyfriend and I are from Florida and have recently moved here. We decided to give them a try and I have no regrets! Great portions, great customer service, cheaper than chipotle, kids eat free on Sunday, and they have more options for kids. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
I always order from Freebirds because they are usually always on point when it comes to online orders! But today... I ordered a burrito bowl with extra meat and extra cheese which put my bowl over $15. You'd think that they would try to get this right but I received a bowl with NO CHEESE at all. How does a person order cheese and also pay the fee for EXTRA CHEESE and get in return no cheese at all??? Then they also added lettuce to my bowl... which I did not request. I called about my order and got an answer right away! I also told them I would call door dash and call them back. Door dash said they would put in for my order to be redelivered. So I call freebirds back and suddenly their phone isn't even ringing. I'm just trying to be sure my order is done correctly this time and I can't even get anyone back on the phone. I am so disappointed in my experience because I'm usually very satisfied with my delivery from these guys!
Freebirds is my favorite place to get a burrito. They have a good selection of ingredients and are priced reasonably. They have a reward program where one can readily accrue points that are redeemable for food and merchandise.
smallest portion i’ve ever paid $15 for. The work made my bowl so skimpy and the quality of food now is so bad compared to chipotle. Second subpar experience i’ve had here in a row.
Great burritos however if you order steak fajita be prepared to have a mouth full of fat and gristle that you can't consume. In all fairness it's still the best burritos in town.
Do you like Chipotle?? This restaurant is better! Good eats, good prices! My coworkers turned me on to this place. I had never heard of it and we are always looking for something new!
Really damn good burritos.It seems there is always an issue with redeeming rewards from their mobile app at this place. They always figure it out but this should be fixed. Great atmosphere and they have Cherry Coke!!Many choices of meats and toppings for your burrito or bowl. I've been coming here since they first opened and ill keep going. One of the best places in The Highlands for a quick bite!!
I used to frequent this place years ago but stopped going because I would typically go around 3-4pm and it was obvious that I was getting food that wasn’t as fresh as it would be earlier in the day.Finally started eating free birds again at some of the other metroplex locations and it has been so good. Finally decided to go back to this one tonight for dinner and I’ve never had a worse burrito at freebirds. The Spanish rice and refried beans completely overpowered the rest of the ingredients by being bland AF. I think I’ll stay away from this location for good.
Ordered a bowl with two meats. I had hardly any meat inside the bowl. The young lady barely placed any toppings inside. I know the price of your food costs are rising, but this is ridiculous. I ended up with mainly rice and a scoop of guacamole. Sad!
Very rude!!! I came here for my anniversary and the lady that took my order didn't not acknowledge me. Then I was charged double for a kids that was supposed to be 4.35 but I paid 10.00$. They had no smile or a warm welcome. Never coming back thanks for ruining my anniversary
