Customer Service was terrible.. they don't take your name for a to go order thay ask you to repeat your entire order. Chicken wings, honey teriyaki flavor was not bad. The General Tao chicken definitely was not spicy, and just okay tasting. Rice was bland, no flavor. Although I recommend the wings I also recommend finding a better Chinese Takeout.

I paid $20 for a combination lo mein rangoons and a watery horchata. Got home realized there was no shrimp. Went back and some rude dude with glasses. Told me that I didn't order a combination and wouldn't replace the horchata. And him and another lady in there pretty much had an attitude with me when I asked for something else. I threw the second plate in the parking lot. Told them they were rude as hell and that I would never return. Screwed up my dinner. Smh

I drive by this place every day and figured I'd give them a try. I ordered the General Tso chicken with fried rice and a vegetable egg roll. The entre tasted like a piece of fat wrapped around a piece of fat wrapped around a sliver of meat (if you were lucky enough to find a sliver of meat). The fried rice was literally fried rice. Not one single other ingredient or spice added that I could taste. BLAND !! The egg roll was more like a taquito. I got the food "To go" and actually felt nauseous after eating. I couldn't finish the food. I'm not trying to be rude or cruel or anything. This was my personal experience. I did see people going through the drive thru while I was waiting for my order but if I had to guess I'd say it was probably their first time stopping too. My first stop at Fortune Cookie will definitely be my last.

Although the food was hot and fresh, the order was entirely wrong. I don't think the lady at customer service understood any English and after repeating myself more than several times, she basically gave me what she wanted me to have. Not sure if the ownership has changed but the food isn't the same as it was a few months ago. It lacked flavor, was visibly smaller portions and I was just truly disappointed.

I frequent here a lot these ppl know how to provide freshness satisfying taste in every bite food is worth the time they put in to make it

I ordered the happy family with fried rice and the honey barbecue wings. It was a 20 minute wait while my food was freshly made. It was delicious

I order a spicy Lo Mein on the menu shows it plain my first time ordering from here and I been to many other places when I ask for a spicy lo mein they always ask if vegetable, chicken pork etc… This place assume I wanted chicken and served me a spicy chicken Lo Mein good think I looked at my plate before leaving and returned it they made it seem that it was my fault and were very rude. They did served me a second plate but with nothing on it no vegetables no nothing just plain lo Mein for the same price that is served with meat! Will not be coming here anymore and I will definitely will not be recommending anyone.

Never again Shrimp lo mean.....I bunch of noodles not enough shrimp ...taste like beef broth

Ordered from here several times from UberEats. Love it! Their orange chicken is so good! Definitely my favorite spot for great orange chicken. Their combination lo mein is really good as well. Only complaint is that their fried rice is not like any fried rice I’ve had. It was bland and didn’t have any vegetables. The combination fried rice was very good though. It had meat and vegetables in it.

general tso is the best would be great if they added a bit more rice with dinner platters
