Normally I love 5 Guys, but this location was not up to par.Here's my list of grievances.1. They jacked up the prices (they were already high).2. The girl @ the register couldn't have spoken more softly behind her mask. It was so loud in there & she spoke way too softly. I mentioned 2x that I couldn't hear her, but she never tried.3. All the tables were dirty & I had to clean it myself.4. The taste of the food wasn't very flavorful. It's almost as if they didn't season it.5. They put an INSANE amount of mayo & Ketchup on each burger and BLT we ordered.
You'll roll the dice when it comes to service at this location. I crapped out the last time I was there. They were short staffed and decided to take their frustrations out on their paying customers. Online orders coming in after ours were filled first while we waited in person. 45mins for one cheese burger, fries and a side of attitude. $20. No thanks. >:(
The Burgers are delicious and the fry's are freshly cut and cooked. Definitely a good place to eat a nice evening burger or for lunch.
A solid, completely customizable burger and several fry options make Five Guys a tasty, but slightly pricy burger destination. Don't forget to ask about the peanuts.
Ordered online through Uber eats, I had a simple burger and fries they usually give you a good amount of fries but today I got an almost empty container of fries worth $7 and they were completely hard and burnt at that!!! Terrible they really need to hire better employees
Way more expensive than it should be. I didn't remember it being this expensive prior to Brandon, but I won't be returning. $50 for 3 people eating hamburgers is obscene.
Burgers are below average and fries and just decent. Much better burgers out there than a place like this
The service was horrible. It was our first time there so we didn’t know how to order. I thought the meals came with fries and a drink but apparently not. The cashier didn’t offer to explain what comes on the burger but took all the time in the world to explain it to the people after us. They make you add a tip before knowing how bad the service is. They gave us the wrong order which we didn’t realize until we got home. The cheeseburgers are way to small for the price. We ended up spending $60 for 3 soggy cheeseburgers with 3 large fries. NO DRINKS. This was the first and last time we ever go to Five Guys.
Burger was good but the place was dirty , CKatch up dispencer was empty, out or Rootbeer. Never going back !
This is my favorite place to eat! ? Is ? percent worth every penny!!!
