Bad customer service , horrible foods . I ordered 5 duckling wonton noodles soup only duck skin no meat at all, soups so salty , fry rice so greasy and no flavors ,:… While I paying at cashier and the lady gave me my chance but I’m not hold money on my hand yet another lady came to me said you need give tips . Excuse me what’s the heck you do for me Madam . During the whole time I’m in here she never do anything , I’m about to my mind will gave them some after I got my chance but after I heard that then No . Why I have to give my money for you beacause you don’t do nothing and alots of thing I don’t like but I don’t want saying bad… I don’t know why they’re still can run their business , good luck to their customers . I used to love this place. Would go here weekly. I haven't been in awhile and now I remembered why. Service? What service? I know Chinese restaurant don't give a [email protected] that you're there but this place takes it to a new level. They try not to make eye contact with you so you can't ask them for anything. You walk in expecting a hi or escort to your seat. Nahh this is Asian restaurant, you just come in and sit.I called in for my order and waited 30 mins like they said before I come in and they couldn't find my order... So had to order again and sitting here waiting for it for another 30 mins and it's still not ready. There's 5 tables with people eating here so it's not even busy.So frustrated, not even bothered to return anymore. Go to ABC seafood across the street instead

I completely understand the motivation for trying to turn a profit in every way possible. However, please have just a little bit of heart to care about the experience of people trying to enjoy a good meal. Even though the service leave a lot to be desired, I have returned to this restaurant time and time again for the food. As a long time patron, I have noticed the quality of food declining over time to the point of serving spoiled food. Please change your business practices before someone is seriously hurt. Thanks...

I would gave zero star if I left review yesterday. Now I think about it, this store is bad but not the zero star bad.I was planing to eat dinner there and few dishes to go. The server told me the price are the same. So, I order 6 dishes for only 4 people, I and my 3kids. In the end I was told we were charged almost $10 more because we were dining in. Before we leave, server asked me for the tip, and complained the tip was too small. I am not sure if she understands I did not receive any smile and service at all for this visit. Moreover, their food are not worth for that prices. I spent almost $100 for 4.

There's a saying not to order the same thing at the table. If you decide to break this rule, do it at another location. We placed two orders of the roast duck wonton noodle soup today. One order came out with a beautiful roasted duck leg on top. The twin order came out with the culinary equivalent of fat, skin and bones. Literally, it was parts others use for stock. I spoke to the owner about this freak in quality control and he told me that for four dollars more, you too can get a duck leg! He added that this was a deal since he normally charges $6. Bring cash and patience if you go. Wontons were meh. Noodles and duck were above average for this part of town. Soup was a bit salty or maybe that was just us.
We came here to eat for the Chinese New Year and we had to wait 15-20 minutes which was totally fine. However, the staff starting fighting so we decided not to eat there anymore. All we wanted was to eat but we couldn’t handle the atmosphere so we left.
My boyfriend and i were the only people dining in at the time, the 7 workers that were just sitting around didn’t greet us or sit us not only that we had to wait 5 minutes befor they gave us the menu. The waitress had an attitude, didn’t check up on us at all even though we were the only ones there. Me and my boyfriend have gone here plenty of times and we always get the same treatment but we always tip. But this time we decided we weren’t going to tip because of poor services and disrespect. As we were leaving she yelled demanding a tip. If you happen to be anything but an Asian customer you might also be treated this way
