They are so rude at this location. The young lady working at the front acted she was bothered I even came in the building. I couldn’t understand her as she had a mask on and was basically whispering. She rolled her eyes. Then I was given the wrong sandwich. The counter by the drink was nasty, like messy, tea stains everywhere, lids everywhere, no likes or lemons .

I use to love this location., its how I fell in love with Firehouse Subs but the big issue that happened a couple years ago made me dislike it so much. I’d rather have Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike’s before I ever eat Firehouse again. I know I’m not the fastest & the minimum wage pay back in 2018. I really don’t know how I survived… the treatment when I was here…. It was something else.

My herpes experienced dark urine and ribs pain so I went to the hospital for treatment and I was diagnosed of Herpes. The doctor gave me anti-retroviral drugs to slowdown the viral load which later worsens the ailment because the drugs weren’t effective and I was so scared because they say it has no cure, out of frustration I told my friend about it and luckily he told me he ones battled same problem in the past but he was saved by, https://www.facebook.com/Oyamaherbs/ He gave me his contact and reached him and I became well and tested negative after the treatment. Here is his contact if you have such case. contact him on WhatsApp +2348108264684 Email him [email protected]

Food is tasty but the subs are little bit pricey. Customer service was okay, had no issues. Did had to wait 15 plus minutes on an order that was order over the phone.

This place is good but their to go system is awful. They're going to put you on hold when you call and never come back. You can hold for 10 minutes no one is picking that phone up again.

Food was ok. Coke Freestyle machine nearly out of everything including regular Coke.

Firehouse was so so much cleaner, fresher and easier to select stuffing for subs compaired to the competitor Subway. The cleaner refridge with glass doors showing proper storage of meats was visually a cleaner method. Unlike Subway metal door and moisture build up on clear wrap or loose fitting lid covering over prep-veg or prep-meats.

I feel their layout for ordering and pickup is a little odd but the food was good and they have a coke freestyle machine. The machine even has dr pepper which really surprised me. They could probably put some more meat on their sandwiches but the flavor was good.

I asked for sub not to be heated. They did anyway. Pais for extra cheese. Didn't get it. Now I remember why I stopped going thereWon't be back.

❤ this place. Their sandwiches are great. I usually order the kids meal but loaded ... lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers...??
