Interesting idea, the chicken was dry and not really much flavor. I had a keto burrito that had a lot of rice in it. Would have been better is there was more fresh vegetable, more cheese and either guacamole or Some other moisture. Maybe a bunch of fun salsas available. When we asked for salsa a worker pulled som small plastic tubs of it out from a drawer. The staff was very nice.

I saw an Instagram post which lead me to order the el pollo bowl for lunch. I should have read the reviews first (the issue that I had seems common for this restaurant, per other reviewers)! The chicken was so hard, dry and chewy. It had to have been over cooked or left over from a previous day, or was not fresh AT ALL!! I called to let the manager know and he said they made the chicken fresh daily so I guess that means it was over cooked. I do not desire to eat here ever again no matter how good the advertisements look..

El pollo loco is good although not nearly as it used to be . Today I bought 2 breasts and a small side of beans over 12 dol. And one of the pieces looked more like a dark piece, not. Worth the money! And I thought Kentucky was bad but two breasts good size are 8 dol.I will no longer go back. Dont't mind paying what ever prize but I should get my money's worth

So i love el pollo loco but i asked for 3 sauces and they basically gave me 1.5 .they mustve halfed one of them. The hispanic man there , i believe he is a manager , is always awesome!!!! the food is always on point when he is there. Even the sweet tea be off the chin good. But any other day when he is not there the tea taste like sugar water and no tea taste or it's just super sweet like syrup. Im not sure why when i see him everything good. I literally only get the tea when he is there cus ik itll be good that day lol but yea, i have to ask for 6 sauces sometines cus they do this halfed filled stuff. If they fill it like theyre suppose to then i would only ask for 2 .This taco only had 3 pieces of shrimp ...likeeee...

First time I came was through drive thru. Customer service was fine but the chicken was kind of hard, mash potato had no taste, only the beans were good. I let it pass since I thought it was just one of those times lol.. But I came back this time to eat in person with my family. Same exact thing occurred with the food! Also, the tables were a little dirty. It wasn't even that busy to say they didn't have a chance to clean.

I didn’t even eat here! And I probably never will. I am a DoorDasher I arrived here at 9:20 pm to pick up at order from the drive thru. Immediately on the speaker a girl tells me that they are close. I google the closing time and it says 10:00pm . 5or 6 more cars pull up and got the same results. I called the customer I was doing the order for to inform him on what happened and he said this wasn’t the first time that happened. I think people that don’t wanna work shouldn’t be allowed around establishments like this. With one fell swoop she (the person on the speaker) blocked your company from getting money and me from completing a order and getting money. Also stop your customer from getting his food. It’s people out there that would love to work and have that person position in life. Get better staff

First time eating here and ordered online through their website. I had detailed order info for me to compare to. I ordered the Queso Blanco. The burrito costs the same amount as a burrito from Chipotle. I can say this was THE WORST burrito I've ever had. The chicken was bland and dry, there was not supposed to be rice on the Queso Blanco according to their online menu you order from and there was a ton of dry rice, there was also ZERO queso Blanco on it. I took two bites and couldn't even swallow. It was so horrible. I now have to drive back up to the store just to get a refund because, obviously they can't lookup the receipt number over the phone and handle the refund and then go order something somewhere else. Needless to say, I will never eat here again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Visited today (Sunday, 03062022) at about 5 pm and saw the cashier laughing with coworkers. When she decided to approach the register to take our order, she was totally rude, short with answers and overall with a bad attitude. My son paid cash and when I placed my order and gave me the total, I asked what she had down for my order as the total was too high. Again, with a bad attitude responded that I told her to order the same as my kids, and when I asked why she rang up a $0.39 and $1.19 since I had ordered a combo, she gave me some nonsense answer and that blew my top. Asked to talk the manager and she was as rude or ruder than the employee, did not apologize, inquire or try to understand what had happened. One young lady did apologize for the bad experience and the manager gave her a “shut up” look. The manager did not know how to do a refund (because Tony had not taught her that yet) , and only the nice young knew how to do it.Bad service and attitude is not new at this location. Will NOT return after this incident. Would give them zero stars but it was not possible.Went to Cane’s down the road and had a totally opposite experience.

I ordered twice a salad and the two times the lettuce was soggy, the pico de gallo was not fresh, the chicken was dry, very dry and hard, it didn’t taste fresh. Awful, never order again a salad there. ?

Remember when $11 use to buy a decent meal. I bought the half chicken and what I received were 4 of the most puny pieces of chicken. The meat was tough and mostly bone. Couldn't even get tortillas because they were out and I guess they didn't bother to make more. No wonder pollo loco never has a line. I think from now on I'll just go to sprouts or whole foods and buy a whole rotisserie chicken and have money to spare. The meat I got maybe amounted to one or two descent pieces of chicken. Just pathetic
