Let me tell you the attitude that I got for asking for whipped cream. I asked for whipped cream before I finished my transaction. The cashier was nice but chose to not speak up and tell her coworker that she failed to add it. The other girl asked the cashier in front me “did she ask for whipped cream?” It’s WHIPPED CREAM what is the attitude and sarcasm??!!! Won’t be coming here again.Will stick to Starbucks next door
I ordered a large iced latte, and they gave me a medium. I told them that I ordered a large, so they came back with the same medium drink in a large cup filled with ice. So i paid for a large iced coffee and got a medium iced coffee with extra ice. Very dissatisfied
I’m use to the Dunkins up north where there is quality in their products! The iced coffee at this location is inconsistent, some days stronger than others. Service is decent, depending on who’s serving you.
Passive aggressive manager is consistently rude, short fills handpacked orders, Staff is poorly trained and definitely not up to BR srandards. Absentee owner so there is no one to raise concerns.
They don’t know how to fill donuts right or what I’ve got chocolate crème and vanilla crème and they only put a quarter size chunk, didn’t know it was that hard to fill pastries at minimum wage…
If anyone knows their Dunkin, it's me. From being my first job as a kid to being a comeback customer for 33 years, I was extremely disappointed in the coffee.. it tasted absolutely horrible , extremely bitter. Was not Dunkin's normal coffee for sure.
We were not acknowledged when we went inside to purchase a ice cream cake priced at $38.99 waited 10 minutes while the girl behind the counter just looked at us! We left and we to Braums a much better place!!!
How can I give them a good review when they are either not open for business or IF they are will not allow you inside? It's been happening since before Christmas. I guess I will go to your competition.
Anju is a slum lord. Do not support this franchise. Do not support Dunkin if you want fresh donuts. All there stuff comes in frozen. Please go anywhere else.
