Worst customer service experience. I didn't even order my food because after patiently waiting in the drive through I was rudely rushed to make my order. TWO members of staff felt the need to rush me over the speaker without allowing me to finalize the order I was attempting to make. Then when I asked for patience they aggressively argued about customers waiting, as if we had not done the same to get our food. Hire professional staff. I won't bother going back, apparently Dunkin is leaving the customer service skills to Star Bucks.
This is not a frozen coffee. Every time I buy frozen coffee now at Dunkin they give you frozen cream instead of frozen coffee. You only taste the cream or milk like while you are looking to get the coffee taste. Managers keep telling you that it is the machine that calibrated like that. Please recalibrate your machine or you can start calling the drink frozen milk, milkshake or something else. Not frozen coffee.
The people were very friendly. The place seemed very clean. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with "hash browns" since it was morning and I have never had any of their breakfast things before and I was hungry and curious. The sandwich was a pretty decent size with two real eggs, 3-4 pieces of bacon and a white cheese on a light brown bread that was not toasted. The sandwich was good but would've been much better had it been toasted. The "hash brown" medallions (6) looked nice but had a heavy taste of basil (?) or some added spice and not a pleasant morning addition to what I expected. The donuts were very good...lol. So...back to just donuts when I go there.
Let me tell you the attitude that I got for asking for whipped cream. I asked for whipped cream before I finished my transaction. The cashier was nice but chose to not speak up and tell her coworker that she failed to add it. The other girl asked the cashier in front me “did she ask for whipped cream?” It’s WHIPPED CREAM what is the attitude and sarcasm??!!! Won’t be coming here again.
Unfortunately this particular location did not seem to have the seasonal Donuts or seasonal flavors that they have advertised. The service was good and the drive-thru teller was very courteous. They're my favorite coffee and much more worth it than Starbucks
My wife and I went to grab some breakfast. They were out of everything I wanted so I got nothing. Wife said the hash browns were soggy and stuck together and tasted like it was sitting forever. She also ordered a glazed chocolate donut but got a cake donut instead. They also tried to avoid our add on. She had to repeat herself several times. Would give zero stars but she liked the coffee.
I tried ordering 12 bagels but they said they only had 6 and it was 7am. Once I got home, the bag was full of cream, sugar bags and only one bagel. I paid for 6 begals but only received one and I had to come back the next day to get a refund. The workers and manager didn't offer me anything complimentary even though I had to drive 10miles to go back to get my refund. Customer service was really lacking and they all need training on how to treat customers. I will never return here and am considering removing my Dunkin app and not ever purchasing from Dunkin again due to this experience. I would have given them a negative star if I could.
First time visiting dunkin donuts EVER and didn't get a good impression. Hashbrowns were soggy and cold as well as my bagel sandwich. For the price I definitely don't feel like it was worth it.
Been to this location now 3 times and today is my last visit due to Sandro (290151)and the girl with long brown hair. Order number#5796 at 8:34am Tried ordering in drive through simply wanted 2 ice coffees and breakfast for a nice morning. This trip changed fast I asked for a drink that was on the menu and the rude guy said we don't have it..okay so I picked something else just as I was to ask for a breakfast item he tried to end my order. Then I asked for egg white bite he said no we don't have it, so I rephrased my request to egg white omelet bits he then said fine just pull up to the window! I wanted more items but apparently I wasn't allowed due to he was worried about his time bring too long!When at the window I tried suggesting to update the menu he replied you take too long to order go park and well bring the items out. I then refused because of the way he was to me and I knew it would be extremely long wait for something I should get fast per I'm in drive through! Sadly I really liked this location as its close to home but I guess Starbucks will have to due! BTW I would have rated a negative star but there is no option!
Extremely rude. Rushed thru my order. Gave us cold donuts. You could tell the were not made fresh. They gave me donuts lol did not ask for and told me that I didn’t order then by the correct name. They were out of the ones I really wanted. And when I gave them back and said these are not the ones they wanted, I got attitude and rolled eyes. This was our favorite donut store but no more.
