Nice atmosphere , table was a littleSticky .Burgers were AMAZING . .Hot dog was a little soggy . Tater tots were cooked well flavor was okay .Sweet potatoes fries had that CRISP that I love.Cole slaw was super BLAN , no flavor what so ever .Overall a very delicious meal !
upon arrival to Dog Haus with my 5 friends, the lady behind the counter was on her phone, we were not acknowledged and realized she was talking with someone about her phone plans. The lady walked off; returned still on her phone. One of the ladies I was with politely asked her if she would take our order. She told the person on the other end of the line she had to go. The lady began taking our order with no apology for the wait or even a welcome or hello. Customer service I would not even rate one star. The food was good. The bathroom was so dirty! The base of the toilet bowl and floors filthy! THEN a line formed, she was in the bathroom braiding her hair!!!!! Half of her head was braided when she finally returned AFTER the person in line went into the kitchen to ask for help.
Great food and customer service. Very clean and again the food was delicious and service was top notch.
Amazing visit. First time here and ashamed of it. The Honolulu Hot Chicken for me and Chili Idol for DH. So good breakfast burritos were ordered for my husband's team for the morning. Will definitely be back
I was very skeptical and I certainly did not like the highway noise. I am a hot dog aficionado and really tried not to like it. However, after leaving the prescribed mayo off, the bacon wrapped dog with caramelized onions and sweet peppers was absolutely delicious. While not very durable, the bun is very tasty. Not cheap, but I’m gonna give it five stars for a Restaurant in its class. Next time I might even leave the mayo on, I was so impressed. I will definitely be back.
I’m definitely not satisfied with this company and restaurant to the point I think there should be a law suit involved. I Specifically asked for impossible sliders. The cashier and manager rushed us out the door. Not giving me the opportunity to check my food properly. I respectfully explained to the manager that the food was cold. He chose to give me free food cards to appease me. Unfortunately the problem wasn’t that I asked for anything free. I don’t eat MEAT! I have been Vegan/Vegetarian for eleven years. Now I have to go the hospital because I have food poisoning! I’m Light headed and seeing spots. The cashier did not check the order because she was distracted. I’m not okay with the service. I Supported this business for three years and through the pandemic. I don’t feel like I should’ve been treated this way as a paying customer on a consistent weekly basis. I will no longer recommend any of my clients of my business to this restaurant. Thanks for dropping the ball in training your employees properly. I don’t want anything free. I want to be respected and not bullied out the door. I take my health seriously. Being sick from eating uncooked food and receiving the wrong food is a problem!
My wife and I went because we watched hot dogs. My wife had a hot dog, I had a bratwurst. We really enjoyed our food. Nice environment. The staff was very friendly.
Great vibe restaurant with good selection of beer and great hot dogs/sausages. The best "chicago" dog I've found around. (Too Chi). Prices are reasonable with portions, 1 hotdog is enough, honestly at this place. Covered patio that is clean and has fans or heaters depending on the weather.
First timer! Today the roads were iced and so food options were very limited. The place is really nice the atmosphere is welcoming, manager not so much. He was a little irritated because it was only him and the cook that showed up to work consequently, the bar was closed. Ordered the holy aioli with chili cheese fries. Fries were hot n fresh burger was not. Didn’t live up to the hype. 2/5
I will preface this with the fact that we did come in between lunch and dinner, and having worked in the industry for years, I know service and quality during shift change can be challenging. The place was empty except for employees. My wife and I ordered 2 sausages and 2 cheese tots. The sausages were not bad, but I could definitely tell they had been pre-grilled and held in a warming pan. The Hawaiian buns were really good, but for me personally a little too big. A lot of bread each bite. The tots were hot but the cheese was a very thin layer and we could barely taste any cheese flavor. My beer was very flat. I would have stayed for another, but didn't want to chance another flat brew. I do regret not speaking with someone onsite, but after a day of shopping, I was ready to get home. I will give them another chance as I definitely see potential, I just don't feel I got their best on a late weekday afternoon.
