Let me start by saying for the price you get a ridiculous amount of food. I had the fajita omelet it was great. Very cheesy. The grits were creamy. My meal also came with biscuits and gravy. Delicious
Division Street Diner has the prettiest breakfasts in Arlington. Every plate looks magnificent. And of course it tastes as good as it looks. The Sunday brunch is top notch. Service is consistently excellent.
This is such a cozy, quaint place! Staff is friendly and professional and judging from their reactions to customers arriving, many are well known to them. Says alot about the food and service.The whole place is super clean from the dining areas to the restrooms. Everywhere I looked I did not see dirt or grime buildup.Now, about the food....delicious! Not heavy or greasy and very attractively plated. Each time I've been there I've enjoyed every single dish I've ordered.Sadly, I've been too full after eating my meal that i couldn't order a slice of the pies or cakes from their display case. Next time I'll just buy a whole cake or pie. The carrot cake looks incredible!Try this place. Enjoy the atmosphere, food and great customer service!

Jenna was our server. I had the Veggie Melody Frittata. Very good and you can also get Hashbrowns and an English Muffin. Great service and great food. Lots of people enjoying lunch. Thank you Division Street Diner for keeping us safe. They also have pie! Get there early or your favorite pie might be gone!
Took my mother here for breakfast . Excellent service, good portions of great food, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back. Please be generous and take care of wait staff
Division diner will forever hold a place in my heart. I want to eat here until im old its that good. I don't even have pictures because I eat as soon as they bring it to me!. Please try this place!!!.
Their breakfast is sooo good. Great little place. The wait staff are really friendly. The other customers that we encountered were just as friendly. I would definitely recommend. They also do brunch on Sundays. Stop by and you won't be disappointed.
