Late night visit, there was only one waiter working & he was great! We're a large party that generally drags the wait staff into whatever chicanery we're up to. This young man held up admirably & joked right back while making sure our orders were right, keeping drinks full and keeping up with the 3 parties that came in after us. The food was good but staff like that will always make me go back!
Well usually it's cool this male server is our go to guy...but this time..some lady manager I think..out of uniform so not server...by far..social skills- failed,customer service-failed,And we just got here and knew what we wanted..so pretty low maintenance. coffee tastes weird and is cold...and she tells me fresh brewed...ugh...this place IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A RE-DO..RE STAFF
I ordered the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and rice. The wait was unusual for very few customers and upon my food being brought to to my table I took a couple of bites of the chicken fried chicken to have half raw pink meat, brought it to the manager's attention, and even he acknowledged that he could see that it was not fully cooked and couldn't explain as to why because it was cooked with a timer?? Really?! I asked.. No offer to make it right, very set on the timer being the boss in the kitchen outweighing the uncooked meat served to patrons. So Health inspection needs to be on site..
The wait staff was so nice and have a great sense of humor. The food was great. Cooked my eggs excally how I like them. We will be back!
Server sat me asked if I was ready( I was not) then never came back. A random employee took my order and gave me my food. The manager gave my order to someone else so they had to remake my food. While there they sat a couple and forgot about them. Very disorganized. Food mediocre.
Went for quick bit to eat only one cook the cook hustled out orders but took too long we didn't say much but asked for medium eggs and got fried eggs, got our hash browns almost at the end of our dinner and didn't get a second round of drinks but was not that busy on Valentines day the staff and cook tried there best but need management to step up and train.
Lazy Laze management, decent food.Too bad the owner or regional Mgr. doesn’t come eat there at night Incognito.2nd time they failed in the past 3 weeks.
Waitress was good help,but the reason I give a 1 star is that the fruit was spoiled.
Unfortunately there were only 5 employees working at this location they were working multiple positions. Wait times were over an hour. And there wasn't a manager there to help them. We ended up leaving after waiting for a while we never seated.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Food was cold, sausage was pink inside, milk was hot, place looked filthy!! It took 40 minutes to get nasty food!! Worst restaurant experience ever!
