A waiter named Randall did a phenomenal job helping us. He took really good care of us, i was dreading coming to dennys because on other occasions we had not so good service but to my surprise this guy named Randall did amazing gave us a super cool experience and i would totally come back just so Randal can take care of us. Our food was amazing our smoothie he made it amazing i just hope this young man gets the compensation he deserves for making our night so memorable and now i have Denny's in a better aspect because of Randall going above and beyond. This will be our go to Denny's for Randall's outstanding customer sevice.
not sure why today service was pretty bad. I believe they were short handed, even the cashier started crying as there was a long line to pay
We don't go to Denny's we end up at Denny's. As usual I regretted going here. Slow service, blah food. The egg benedict just horrible. Dirty nasty place.
One of the worst dining experiences ever. We were there for 2 hours, service was slow (not the waiter's fault, understaffed), it took forever to get food, and when we did it wasn't very hot and super greasy. Yet people who came in after we did ate and left before we even got our food. I love Denny's but this is my second bad experience at this location.
This really is "one of the good ones." It's right outside of Six Flags, in the middle of Arlington, by the stadiums and just 18 minutes from Dallas. Of course it's always busy. But they get you in the seat and food in front of your face pretty fast. Our waitress was on her second day, she forgot to put in one of our entrees, but once she realized the mistake she apologized and in a blink we got the entree. The food was great.You know if it's late and you need to eat it's here.
If you’re going for your free birthday meal, beware. I had my ID to prove it and had the welcome email as a reward member, but because Denny’s didn’t send the free birthday meal email in time, I couldn’t get it. So I left on an empty stomach, and frankly hangry. The right way to handle the situation would have been to look at my ID and reward account, and comp it but….But nope, got denied and went home with no food ON MY BIRTHDAY. Poor service if you ask me.
We had a great experience at this Dennys. (839 N. Watson). We were brought to a table quickly after entering, The waitress was friendly and attentive, we received our food very quickly after ordering and it was AMAZING.. the french toast was perfect.. not overly cooked...I would definitely recommend this location.. Thank you Dennys ..
Very slow service. We have been here for 90 minutes and do not have our food yet. It's not even that busy.
Good food and hospitality....poor lady was doing everything by herself. Very good job or her part! You guys please show her some love.
We love the Arlington location. Tonight Bianca waited on us and although it got busy all at once sand she was the only server she stayed on top of it. With a smile She is awesome . Thank you Bianca!
