Portion good and seasoning on point. If you have blood pressure I would ask for lite seasoning. CatTilapia fish (not catfish what if someone has an allergen) undercooked slimy and cook's pants down around his ankles. Ijs no one wants pubic hairs and presentation your dealing with people's food. 8 out of 10. Supportable business!!! (Combo plate).
I ordered the steak and shrimp fries. They were good, but not great, mostly due to an experience I had while eating. Brought up to staff and will give place another try.
My mother had the porkchop and she asked that it was not fried too hard. Came out perfect for her! I had the catfish-- I gave them a hard time about not having any salad or green vegetables! And requested veggie burgers on the menu!!! It was all in fun!!! Catfish was perfect and fries. Great proportions, and great customer service! Please tip them well, they deserve it.
The food is pretty mid. Don’t eat inside.Colorful pancakes are fun and they tasted good, but everything else was just ok. The cleanliness is lacking.
I'm a huge seafood lover so I wanted to try this spot since I was in the area. It is a small spot, just two large tables for the dine in experience. We tried the 6 piece shrimp and french fry basket, steak and shrimp cheese fries, and catfish basket with fried okra and fried mushrooms. The shrimp is extremely salty and overcooked. The steak was also overdone. The catfish was seasoned okay, but really tiny. I didn't get to try the fried okra or mushrooms. Also, the man at the order counter didn't have great customer service either. I wouldn't visit this place again.
It's just basic fried food anybody can fry with too much salt. Waffle was heavy , no tarter sauce get packet of ranch dressing. Shrimp was small overcooked and way too salty..I will say the guy at the counter delivered excellent customer service. I wont go back. $20 wasted.By these comments either some dont know what GOOD FOOD taste like OR there are different cooks.
Great place to eat at I will definitely be going back! Fish was fried and seasoned to perfection! I got the fish and wing combo and honestly can’t even decide on which one I like better. Wings were fried crispy and heavily sauced in which I’ve noticed you can’t get everywhere. Next time I come back I will definitely be trying some of the loaded fries!!
The food was mediocre in every sense of the word. I ordered catfish and lemon pepper wings. I requested for the fish to be cooked just a tad bit hard. To my disappointment, it wasn't; as I firmly believe that the order taker did not relay my request to the cook. They ran out of tarter sauce and substitute it for ranch dressing. I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer tarter sauce on my fried fish. As for the "so-called" lemon pepper wings; there was REGULAR SEASONING on the wings. What was the point of asking me what flavor of wings do I prefer??? Lastly, the hush puppies were (jalapeno) style; which it doesn't state that on the menu as my taste buds are very sensitive to spicy food.
Just got my order through Door Dash ordered 2piece catfish and 5 shrimp with potato salad and hushpuppies ...did not receive potato salad and the hushpuppies were over cooked actually seem like they been sitting under that light for a while the fish itself tasted good the shrimp was tasty but very small this is a 14.00 plus plate in total with door dash I paid 22.00 dollars plus change...I feel robbed and I'm still hungry this was my first time to order from here and my last . Don't waste your money like I just did. Not happy?
Brought my family in today and service was horrible, cashier was rude, restaurant was dirty, and the few chairs that was in there was scattered around the floor. The only thing that kept us from leaving out was the pictures on the wall of the good looking food. The individuals working cashier was impatient, we set and looked at the menu for a while because it was our first time here trying to decide what we want. During our time waiting we was asked about 4 times pickup or carryout over and over as if we needed to hurry up and order. The food could never make up for there disgusting attitudes.
