Sounds weird but this is exactly what I needed after being rained out of 6 flags and it was cold and rainy. Slightly blurry photo. Was too excited to eat this ?
I saw a roach in the cake batter icecream, saw roaches on the counter and employees were rude. Tables weren’t clean. Didn’t even order because of the filth. This place has went downhill used to enjoy coming here with my family.
The ice cream man started to prepare ice cream flavor that I selected that wasn’t very good I ask to get a change of flavor the white man said no I want be back the ice cream is too high just go to the store and get blue bell
I love how it states on Google and the Cold Stone website that this location DOESN'T CLOSE till 11pm on Friday, yet we ARRIVED AT 10:28pm and THEY ARE CLOSED and gone......
This store has declined is service quality since it opened m. It was the spot to go, but I'm not sure if it's the hiring process or what, but ever since Covid, it seems everyone is in a rush, poor customer service, and at times curt for questionable reasons. On a recent visit, i had a lady rush through my order, didn't ask me if there would be additional favors, as soon as I started s flavor, she told me to move down to mixing, i wasn't even done picking flavors. She spoke fast, didn't ask if it was too go etc and jabbed a spoon into the Ice cream, didn't offer a lid, a bag, nothing... So i had to request these items., Which ended up taking even more time than what they initially tried to rush me through to avoid smh. This could have all been avoided with better customer service, better pacing, and no rushing through orders... It simply creates more room for error. Please look into improving in this
I was super excited to go to this ice cream shop. The photos looked amazing and I was ready to mix it up. My girls and I love sweets especially ice cream all year around. Now my ice cream and my oldest daughter's ice cream turned out beautifully. My youngest daughter on the other hand got soup in a cone. I asked the lady why doesn't hers look like ours? She reply because it's in a cone. Like why you got to lie? Ma'am ice cream should be formed into a circle, not soup. While the ice cream taste absolutely wonderful, presentation was terrible. Instead of standing around waiting on a customer, help the new employee practice. Anyhow pictures are below.

The ice cream here is great, but the customer service is terrible. Employees named Kaylin and Alex were extremely rude to me! They gave me the wrong order, and Alex gave me attitude, but Kaylin handed me my ice cream and dropped it on me and then they refused service to me! Never going here again!!!
My 1st time here and I have to say that awesome is an understatement. Delicious flavors and great customer service..
This location USED to be great...My family went in and we ordered 3 medium ice creams the way we each liked them, paid and walked outside. My wife said her ice cream tasted weird and after tasting it, I agreed. It tasted very grainy as if there were sand in it. She went in to let the staff know and asked to exchange it for another kind. The staff member she dealt with said it was OK, and after a different staff member made the ice cream, gave it to her and said thank you, she walked out of the store. Then the employee that gave her the ice cream ran after her, telling her she needed to pay for it. My wife tried to explain that the other employee said she could exchange the ice cream, but the employee insisted she their was a miscommunication and she had to pay. After I watched my wife gave the ice cream back to her. I went in the store to try to understand why their was a problem. The employee told me since they sampled the ice cream and it tasted fine to them, they would not exchange my wife's ice cream because in their words, "she didn't like it". So I ended up paying for a terrible, sandy ice cream and was told we wouldn't be accommodated or refunded. What happened to "the customer is always right"?
