What a fun evening out for the whole family! It was our very first time at Cici’s. It was a “Spirit Night” held by our child’s school, and we were absolutely blown away by their customer service. The owner, the staff, all were so helpful and kind. It’s great to know those classic, good old, family-friendly pizza joints like this, where friends can come together and also be made, are still around.
Honestly I don’t normally do reviews for restaurants. But this cicis is hands down by far one of the BEST cicis I have ever been too. Great customer service, the staff is extremely nice and friendly, they also check up on you, all very hands on with the customers. The buffet itself is always clean, food is warm and fresh. I came with two little girls and they loved the colors and the lights that this location has. Definitely a 10/10 experience will be coming again!! Thank y’all

Took my varsity team this weekend after a baseball game. Kids saw the Cici’s in the parking lot and changed plans to head over. They were happy to have us, took great care of us. Kept the pizza stocked with almost twenty players coaches and managers. Staff was friendly and very happy to help
I've been a manager for another pizza place for just about 10 years, and I'm very picky about my food service. I've been going to this particular cicis since I was a child, and WOW. Haven't been since high school in the early 10's. This place is amazing for a cicis. The service the manager provides, makes you feel like you're suppose to be there and like you're there every day. Brought my daughter and niece in and he made it a point to greet and farewell us. I was so taken aback by how great the service was. Had to make sure that I shook his hand and let him know that it was the best service I've had in years at ANY food place in a long while.
This has to be one of the Best Cicis I've been too, every time I've been there the food is fresh and the staff is always very nice and helpful,plus the place is always clean. Today I got the buffet with wings special and them wings were hot and spicy the way I like them. I give this place 2 ?? up! If anyone's looking for good place for wings and pizza u should come here.
Just know what you came for. Cheap, all you can eat pizza. The staff is nice and they all seem happy to work here, which is very nice. Pizza, pasta and desserts are acceptable for an all you can eat buffet. This is not high quality cuisine but if you temper your expectations you won't be disappointed.
I love this store!!! I usually order on line to go. Always the order on 4 pizzas is correct except once. They fixed that 1 pizza so fast it was amazing.Skyler & his crew are friendly, happy, & quick. There's a lot of positive energy here. I live closer to another CiCi'sBut I'd rather go the extra mile here because they go the extra mileFor their customers
I cannot brag enough! Mark turned this place around a few years ago and he still has the smile and energy he did from day one! The owner opens the doors for incoming guests. He and his son greet everyone and even come over and check on the guests. I hadn’t seen him in at least 2 years, and today he recognized me (or pretended to) and it made me feel like I was at a five star restaurant. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly and are constantly cleaning the dining room. I don’t really do buffets anymore, but this one I can count on to be hot, clean and neat, and well stocked! Kudos Mark and crew! Make it contagious!!!!
Outstanding service. Pizza and food all fresh. I’m not sure if it was the manager who helped us, but he was so professional and outgoing at the same time. We felt really welcomed and was treated like family. This is my first time at this location and also after a few years of visiting a CiCis. Really recommend others to give this place a try.
