Simple in and out not crowded at all about 2pm ..meat was fresh, rice was a bit on the cold side though vegetables ?? Very friendly staff. Would have sat outside but it was windy but sunny and 82°degrees in Texas. The drink machine was down out of the great Frescos I usually purchase. But overall could have been a bit more clean in the dining area for there to be hardly any customers.Yep and I had a chicken bowl...with extra everything cause I am extra ????♀️but I will never make this location a favorite too stingy on the food to be spending 15$ for a meal just happened to be getting my car serviced and it was in walking distance of the dealership.
Been coming to this chipotle since 2008 and oh my has it gone down hill. Firstly, the customer service could improve a lot. There’s a taller black woman whos been there awhile, and every single time treats me poorly because of my skin color (it’s quite obvious the difference in which she treats other colors). I’ve came for several pickup orders and wasn’t even acknowledged until the entire line had passed, while my food sat there the whole time. One particular time, I had waited several minutes for my pickup, and when another person came in, she acknowledged that person first, and then proceeded to quietly tell the line cook to prepare that (black) persons food first!!! What?!! I felt so disrespected!!! I will be fighting this!
I arrived 30 minutes before closing and crew had already blocked off dining room, and were forced to eat outside. I had to ask worker multiple times for “more” because he was barley filling my bowl. The food bar was out of cheese and he asked me if I needed cheese because they were out and closing down. Not to mention I asked for no rice and beans (due to a diet restriction) and extra fajita veggies, but they were out and kind of said “oh well” instead of finding a solution. Also, I literally received 5 pieces of chicken in my salad, my lettuce was brown and barely covered the bottom of the bowl.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! I ate a little over half of my burrito bowl and then I saw SEVERAL tiny black bugs crawling in my food. I was too disgusted to take a picture I threw it in the trash and took the bag outside. I felt so sick and didn’t sleep well that night because I kept seeing all those tiny bugs crawling in my food. You all need to inspect your pantry!!!!! Stay away from this place will never eat here again, maybe never eat Chipotle again because the thought makes me sick. I don’t even want to eat out anymore. Please do a better job for your paying customers that keep you in business!!!!!!!!!
The food quality is okay. That's not the issue. When I ordered a chicken burrito, before I did I asked the girl making my burrito if the chicken pollo asado is extra $. She assured me I wouldn't pay a additional for the pollo asado vs regular chicken and that the only time they charge extra for meat is if double meat is ordered.As I made my way down the lie, a couple ahead of me had an issue with their order and being told they would have to pay extra for the pollo asado after they were told they would not have to pay extra. They ended up have to change there order right there in line and replaced the pollo asado with regular chicken. I was again told by the girl that for a burrito I would not have to pay extra.When it came time for me to check out she charged me extra for the burrito for the pollo asado. When I told her I was told explicitly by the girl at the beginning of the line that I would not pay extra and also by her. She apologized but said it was on the sign on the counter that stated the price of the pollo asado. There is no price tag anywhere for the chicken asado saying it's extra. Very poor service. I ended up paying the full amount they asked not to hold up the line any more than it had been (Although I probably shouldn't have in hind sight). They earned a 1/5 star service. Very frustrating experience. Last time I ever frequent this location.
One of the employees at this location thought it was cool to take all of the guacamole and steak on her employee burritos for her employee meal. She got 3 loaded burritos. They couldn’t even fold the burrito that’s how much she loaded it. I guess that’s par for the course with this location though. Never had a good experience here.
So I use them all time, but today its friday. And tell me why they have only 1 person making mobile orders and walk in. So I order through the app so I can just walk in and get my food. 530 here it is 550 still no food. :)?

I recently went on a diet plan and chipotle let's me eat out and not blow my diet totally out of whack. This location is pretty good, decent service and good quality food.
Place is a joke, if you order in person, they make you a decent size burrito, if you order via Uber eats, they still charge the same amount and give you a burrito the size of a bean burrito from Taco Bell. 10+ dollars For something that costs a dollar at Taco Bell. Maybe 6 cubes of chicken, barely any beans, and a small amount of rice. Mostly sauce and cheese. What a rip off. They used to make burritos that barely fit in the foil, now it overlaps almost twice.
