Our waitress was phenomenal. BUT she was covering 12 tables... and she was having to waitress, food run, and buss all 12 of the tables. Management litterally walked around the bar like a zombie. It was a total crapshow. It was obvious that Chili's (especially this location) doesn't care about their patrons or their waitstaff. Very disappointed.
Do not go here! Unless you want to drink. The food us sub-par, always overcooked. Wife and I went tonight, disappointed for the second time in four days. We use to frequent, no longer. Server was rude, unknowledgeable about food. I ordered the chicken Margherita, my wife, the Cajun Chicken. Both proteins were cooked to the point of their insides cracking. When the server was told, her response, "It always comes like that." Excuse me? It always comes over cooked? Our replacement meals were only slightly less over cooked, and we were hungry. Not happy that I paid for the dining experience in the least. The manager on duty seemed only slightly interested in our dining experience. Will not be back any time soon.
Went in with a group of 20 and waited 5 minute for them to prepare the table. Instantly our server Casey was out getting everyone's drink order and appetizers. As he was going in between tables drinks and some of the appetizers were already coming out without him going back to the kitchen. He was very attentive and came back at the perfect time when all of us were ready to order. He got our order perfect and the food tasted fantastic! Casey never let any of our drinks get close to being empty and also had 3 other tables he was serving. Great experience and would recommend asking for Casey, he was definitely a top 3 waiter ive ever had. I will definitely return!
I forgot my waiters name but he was so kind and the service was quick. Was very surprised that on a Friday night they were so fast and attentive! Love this chilis!
My family had a Birthday dinner here for my 25 year old niece, we had 12 peoples in our group. We weren't real happy to be seated at two separate tables, that were positioned to where our backs were facing our family members backs. With no room between chairs & the tables at all-in order to turn around to visit. Let alone to sit very comfortably. But eh we weren't going to let that ruin the occasion, everyone enjoyed their dinners, food was Amazing!!! I will brag on that! ❤ We asked if they would sing her Happy Birthday with us, to make her feel Special! To be told by waiter~ um we don't do that here. ☹?!WHAT?!? I was Shocked! I asked since when and is there a specific reason for that- ( I thought maybe cause covid) they can't. But our waiter just shrugged his shoulders {said I don't know} swiveled & walked off. I thought alrighty then. We sang Happy Birthday to her OurSelves, all the other tables in whole restaurant joined in singing and clapping!♡♡♡ So it was Special after All~ Thank You God for Providing!!! You are Good All the time! Hey overall- the food was Amazing tho! Thanks ? Chilli's!!!
We ordered 2 hamburgers broccoli with mine frys for the other burger..... both burgers were way over well done and were dry We took them home for our dog to eat... there was 2 servers 1 bartender and a young man as host there was no member of management visible
To go was very busy and there seemed to be only one person doing everything... arrived before scheduled time but waited twenty minutes longer...food was okay...oh 6 oz steak had a great taste
Food was 50/50 this time. Half of us had great food, the other half of the table did not. When I asked there was a substitution made that we were not aware of and was not explained. Chicken was terrible. We will not order that again.
I am a regular at this Chili's and I always sit at the Bar. The Bartender Susie (lunch time)knows me and so do a lot of others that work there. Been coming here 2+ years multiple times a week. Today, November 29, 2021 I walk in and there are 2 pairs of people waiting for seating. I start in and look at the Hostess (didn't get her name) might have been working here a month now, and tell her I'm going to sit at the bar. She says that it will be 4-5 minutes before I can sit even though there are plenty of seats. I don't argue and I take a seat in waiting area and wait my turn. 5 minutes pass and another guy walks in and walks right past hostess and takes a seat at the bar and she walks over towards him but then turns back after seeing him sit at the bar. 10 more minutes pass and everyone else is seated and then the Hostess says she has a booth ready for me and I tell her I wanted to sit at the bar. She says bar is open seating and I said I know but you told me I had to wait 4-5 minutes. She then says I can sit at the bar if I would like but now all the bar spots are taken. Food is great. Servers/bartenders/managers are awesome. Hostess service needs work. I left for the day since I wasted 15 minutes to be seated but would have to wait more to sit where I wanted because Hostess let others sit there and not me.
I placed a online order yesterday not only did I pay and called to ensure my food wouldn’t be cold and I was promised that it would be fresh get there and I received cold food with no drink I was questioned like I didn’t pay for a drink get the drink 3minutes later get home and the next day today110421 I call and asked to speak with a manager he came on after 8:52 minutes into the wait explain to him all that and that I still have all the food and he placed me on hold to look up my order after 2 mins or so he comes back and says he refunded me my money after I explain to him I just want a hot meal! His response oh you can go back online and order again!!! That just took me over I told him I didn’t care for a refund I just wanted hot food!! That’s the only reason I made a review because that’s just poor management!! I’ve come to this restaurant a few times and I’m very understanding to the environment. But this needs to be addressed!!!!
