Don't waste your time here. They have really fallen off on their service. We waited 15 minutes to get our drink orders. Then, we waited Abbie 20-25 minutes for our waiter to come back and take our food order. He never showed. Will not be going there again and we live 5 minutes away from here. This isn't the first time this location has had crappy service. Never again.
My son turned 18 so he chose this place. The wait wasn’t that bad but it took 20 minutes before we saw our waiter then another 20 plus to get our food, ordered a Classic Rib-eye medium well as I always do at other chain restaurants. When I got my stake it not only looked so bad but when I tried a piece it was completely raw tasted old. The waiter said he would take it off and replace it for free but I no longer had an appetite. This restaurant is so poorly run now I remember why I stopped coming here 10 years ago let’s just say never again plus there’s way better restaurants down the road
I was waiting for a friend and the Waiter gave the impression that I was inconveniencing him. Yes, I was at a table, but the restaurant wasn't busy and there were plenty others of the same type.Also, the Baby Back Ribs were moderately good. I may have set high expectations based on the popular Jingle referenced in TV Shows.Either way, it was my 1st time ever at a Chillies and nothing in particular gave me the desire to go back. I'll try the Ribs again with a different sauce but will temper my expectations this time.
ordered a medium rare steak and got SUPER well done. So tough and dry. and also liquid spilled all in bag to go
I usually come here every wednesday night but lately they been closing the restaurant during working hours for no reason. Witnessed young woman manager flirting with male sever .. Team mates flirting with each other… i can’t even trust these people with my food .. everyone is weird in here and i can tell the #1 issue is management.. because what kind of manager does these things to the people they hire? very disturbing, my partner and i both witnessed this and this person seemed uncomfortable. those ladies need to be fired and whoever is corporately in charge here needs to step up and make some management changes. this location will be bankrupt by next year. just drive to 30 and go to the lamar one. this place is awful. nasty environment and nasty managers + employees.
The overall experience was challenging. I walk with a cane and have a seriously disabled leg. I had to walk all over the restaurant to be seated. It was a lot of effort to be in their ideal spot.My sister and I asked to be moved because the people behind us had a very loud screaming child.The food took a very long time. I sent my steak back, it was very well done but, I ordered medium rare.The bathroom was beyond nasty. One of the toilets obviously overflowed and cardboard was on the floor to absorb the overflow, it smelled and was a horrible experience. My sister went to the bathroom and immediately came back out and said she would wait until we got to my apartment to go.
So I have came to this location in the past and had some pretty bad experiences but they have really stepped up their game! We went for my little sisters birthday and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was so nice and attentive, especially our server. She was beyond sweet. The food came out fresh and steaming. It tasted so good too! It's honestly the best time I have had here. I would definitely come give them a try! Rose the manager is doing something right!
Came to have dinner with the family. The host was too busy on his phone with TikTok’s. Asked him a few times about seating. He stood there on his phone we didn’t get seated after 15mins. When there were plenty of of seats available especially in the bar but wasn’t available. We walked out and left.
As someone who loves chili's this was the most disgusting and disappointing location to date. We had a long wait to be seated with an almost empty restaurant, which is fine because I understand the understaffing issues. The waiter did a good job, and everything seemed OK until the food came. I got the steak and asparagus, which I ordered medium. It came out cold and very rare. I didn't send it back or complain because I was afraid what else would come out seeing that we also got the chicken fingers, which were cold. fries came out cold, and corn on the cob, cold. The chicken tasted like re heated leftover chicken fingers. It was all around nasty. Not to mention, we had to try and eat it all with plastic silverware. The disgrace trying to eat steak with plastic. Before we left, we went to the restroom, which was absolutely disgusting. What a shame. Horrible visit.
Great place for a date! My husband and I always get the 2 for $25! Includes appetizer, main plate and dessert! The drinks are apart. Staff super friendly! Don't go Sundays at night, it gets busy.
