Had a great time went with family of six and a child in a baby seat carrier, enjoy the food for 2 for $25 deal gives you appetizers for 2 and a selection of foods to eat that you can share such as cheese fries.Full meal was around 30 including drinks and some margaritas as well as some salads and one Bacon burger for myself. All in all still one of my favorites to visit and always has a smiling group waiting to see e and take your orders

Went for lunch with my co workers. We waited for 15 mins before were even greeted...if you can call it that. When the manager finally came over to our table he stated he only had 2 people working. He was argumentative and went back and forth with my co worker. He had an attitude and was not apologetic at all. Our food took forever to arrive and each time he came with something he set it down with an attitude. Did not ask if we needed anything. I understand times are hard and finding help is hard, but I expect better from a manager. I would give 0 stars if I could. Slow service is nothing new for this location, but have a better attitude and do better.

Have eaten here on and off for 15 years. It’s a training location, so it had a revolving door of personnel before Covid. Expect to wait to be seated since they don’t use hostesses anymore, and managers hide in the back, so it’s whichever waiter feels like they want to take on another table they have to wait on and deal with.Making the wait for seating worse, as a time saving measure for themselves they don’t sit anyone at the tables on the left side, that way they don’t have to clean an extra area at the end of the night. You will have to ask for silverware. Then you will have to ask for napkins. The $10 meal options are the only saving grace for stopping to eat here.

food was good. Service was good. restaurant was cold.

Service was horrible! Just came in and sat down all the servers stayed in a little circle talking. Another lady got up and asked and they just say there and talked about her in the circle. It’s like they are more focused on to go orders and not people sitting down waiting a period of time to just be greeted. Looking at the other reviews this place has went down hill over the years…. I don’t intend on ever coming back and going anywhere else!!!Plus the food isn’t good anyways… not just this location many locations

Had an amazing experience! My fiancé took me to this location because he knows I love Chili’s and we had such a lovely time! Wish our waitress could’ve came back and visited with us a bit more but we understand that maybe she was busy so it’s perfectly fine. Regardless we had a great time and the margarita I ordered was SUPERB! Food was very delicious! Atmosphere was great! We had an amazing therapy session and resolved why some personal matters…overall I really enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back!

We sat for 15 mins before waiter walked by. He served other tables near us and we had to wave him down. He was rude about us asking if he could take our order. 10 mins later he came by and asked if anyone had helped us. He then seemed annoyed and said he would get our order. The power flashed off for a few seconds and he said the system was knocked offline. 20 mins later we waved him down and he stated systems still down. Okay atleast refill chips n salsa and bring us water. We watched him happily help other patrons. I guess our skin tone was too light, yes reverse discrimination. We complained to manager and left. We will never be back. Not cool

I went to the restroom and when I was waiting to use the only stall some worker came out and didn't wash his hands when there was a sign that said "team members wash your hands before going back to work". HE WAS THE ONE THAT SERVED US. I went to the stall with his piss all over the floor, I proceeded to throw up the food he served us.

Worst service I ever received. Carrie, Mgr/hostess advised a 30 min wait, it was actually 45 mins. We were sat after a party who came in after us. I had a 7 month old baby with me and my daughter. When she finally sat us, it was right at the door. I asked if she could move us because I didn't want the baby to get cold and sick. Carrie refused and told me we will have to wait all over again. She was very rude and unprofessional. So I asked if the server thats next in rotation could just come over to that table and she said no despite the health of the baby. I asked for the Mgr and she rudely said she was the mgr. It felt very discriminating. She can't be the General Mgr because customer service and health of a baby is important, she would know that. I left, I couldn't believe the service, I know a server can wait on a table in a different area. Her behavior was unnecessary. Seating someone from the cold door that has a baby should have been common sense, but I was wrong obviously. We left and went to another restaurant. Sat right down immediately and had excellent service.

The over the top loud mouths who are "supposed" to be serving, and are only really serving attitude, forgetful service and outloud bad commentary, don't really contribute to the experience. It's not my fault you don't want to be there!Staff rushes you and it's uncomfortable, the foods was good tho ☆☆
