I'm an understanding guy, but 3 mistakes in a row is enough for me to complain and leave a review. I have a usual order I get when I get off work, a number 2, large dr pepper and jalapeño poppers. The last two times I get home, no poppers. This time, I get no fries, no poppers and I get those fried Mac n cheese balls that I don't care for. If it wasn't a hassle to drive all the way back for what will probably be some cold fries and tenders and poppers I would go back. If you go to this location double check your order because they sure don't. I'm doubtful I'll go back here again.

Had to drive back for mashed potatoes and gravy they forgot and the worker talked to me like it was my fault and offered no coupons or freebies for my trouble. Chicken was under the heat lamp for a while you could tell. Not worth $40 to try and feed a family of 2 adults and four little kids.

Received outdated coleslaw's that smelled horrible, I don't know how the crew didn't notice. The chicken tenders gave us a stomach ache that caused us to throw up. Would not recommend...

I understand things are tough but the family deals have always come with a gallon of tea. You changed that... I'm gone. Think about it first.

Food was fresh and hot. Made my daughter's corn nuggets fresh and they were cooked to perfection.

We tried this one last night and will definitely be back. The have the best fresh livers and were very polite and attentive even though we came in a little late. Manager very nice and great service.Thank you.

Oh my Chicken Express, how you used to captive my heart and tastebubs... nevermore.Apparently you're under new ownership? Holy Moly, the price increase Batman!! A family meal now costs an arm and a leg, and the portions (sides and strips) have gotten much smaller. And! A gallon of tea is no longer included.I requested fresh strips politely - said I didnt mind the wait. I was told the strips would be fresh. Nope, cold and rubbery.Guess it's time to find a new Chicken Express.. RIP.

Not the same. Missing NATE he ran it food was always great. I hope this new management gets better. I was soo glad when this came to dallworthington Gardens. Please please. New owners. Help!!!!!

Great food as usual. Need to learn to hand straws separate from drinks because it's hard to hold all at once.
