Come here two or three times a week. Other than the often long wait which is expected with the worker shortage, the service and food is pretty good. Today HOWEVER the little chubby ginger that was working the register had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! After my order was messed up in the drive through, I went inside to fix it. She didn’t bother to be professional AT ALL!! Rude and enjoys it!!!

I will first say that the catfish is always the best around. I ordered the catfish but when I got home the only thing right was they gave me catfish, even the drink was wrong. I drove back to the restaurant, the lobby is not open, and finally got someone’s attention. They had me go around the building and someone came out, I assume the manager. He asked what I needed and I opened the box and said I didn’t order this this and this. He said what did you order. I told him. He took the box and came back and said it would be a couple minutes. When he brought my order back he didn’t apologize or anything. I realize mistakes are made but if he was the manager he needs training. He should have at least apologized. I love the food but it’s very frustrating to drive all the way back and get no acknowledgement of the mistake

This is twice in a row, that I’ve ordered a meal with 7 Express Tenders & received fewer than 7. Last time they served me 6, & today I received only 5, despite paying for 7 both times at the drive through. The tenders are also significantly smaller than before. At this rate, this location off State Highway 287 & Sublett Road will soon close like the one that used to be a couple of miles down the highway in Mansfield, Texas. There’s a Raisin’ Canes just down the road doing well, thank goodness.

It's Chicken Express. If you've eaten here then you know. If not, you're missing out on some of the best chicken tenders out there. Definitely the best sweet tea available.*This location is very consistent and I've never had anything here that tasted like it has been sitting under heat lamps for an extended period of time (my job keeps me from having a normal schedule so if I end up stopping somewhere it is always outside of lunch rushes and before dinner rush)

The worse experience. You would think a 15 min wait with a libe around the building that the food would be FRESH and HOT!!!! Unbelievable that after waiting returned home not even 2 minutes away from the Sublett Crossing location I had cold corn nuggets, fries, okra and chicken. Unacceptable for a well known chain. Its ridiculous that I would even need to microwave a meal that I just paid money for. Step up and do better....No excuses! Really is BS!

Waited 30mins. In drive thru for 2 regular strip meals with corn nuggets. While waiting the line wrapped around the building. Understandably it is lunch time: 12:30 on a Wednesday Maybe short staffed. Although I'm giving this 2 star because I continued to wait 30mins drive thru is too long. I was running late for work.the food was hot and fresh though. Their rolls resemble the old school golden corral goodness and the gravy bowls got larger that's a plus

Do not eat at this location! They took forever to take our order and the guy was chit chatting with other employees the entire time while taking our order not even looking at us. It took over 25 minutes to get our food! The employees were all young and were playing around, eating, drinking, on their phones and being loud the entire time. The entire night crew was a joke and there was no management taking place. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The food was overcooked and clearly not being watched. Something needs to be done about the night crew and there should be adult management in place.

40 minutes for a 2 piece meal. How are you not constantly making chicken at a chicken restaurant? It's not like people are ordering hamburgers to make it difficult. It's my fault really for ordering chicken at a chicken restaurant. I'll order a cheeseburger from here next time and compare the times.

30 minute wait for chicken at 5:30. More than 10 people behind the counter. Had to take my order 3 times. I get he was new but the others were not.maybe 1 person near 20. It seems the owners just don't care to help this group of employees succeed.When I got the food, chicken was hot but gizzards are like boot leather and that was part of the wait!!

This place has really gone down hill. Never any food. The drive thru line wrapped around building. Take 30 mins to get to speaker just to be told you have to wait 30 mins more for chicken. I would say they are busy but most employees are just goofing around or leaning on counter. It’s not like you can go in because lobby is always closed. Poor management!!!
