It doesn't matter if I dine-in, take out or have it delivered it is always as ordered.The only thing I wish they'd do is bring back the chili lime dressing.
They never fill my fries up completely. I’d say that this happens 9 times out of 10. I picked my order today and my fries were half full which is unacceptable. I’ll be going to a different location.
I don’t like doing this, but I do want to let you all know just be careful and watch your food carefully, yesterday I purchased a Cobb salad during lunch, came home started to eat my salad as I was taking my third to fourth bite notice I dead fly in my salad, omg even talking about it makes me nauseous, I was sick all day yesterday I lost my appetite it was so disgusting, I took a before picture obviously looked delicious this is my to go salad! I would not show the pic of what I saw because is disgusting but just be careful, and obviously the they need to carefully watch while preparing our food.
Chick-fil-a is always good. This particular location as most of them has great service. They're are super fast with your order and very courteous.
Overall it's great. Except for the menu layout and long lines. That can use improvements. I'll never understand why some smokers smoke in a driveway. Especially when it's an illegal substance.
No sense in paying for a large fry if they fill it as a small fry. Sprite was out of syrup. That was a gross taste. Fries were soggy and gross. It’s unfortunate that the people they have working for them does not live up to the “CFA Standards”. It’s sad. Not sure if that is a management issue or associate issue.
The food tastes good, but it's way over priced for the portions. You can go across the street to wataburger or sonic or pretty much anywhere and get twice the meal for the same price and just as good or better

Terrible experience on Saturday when we had food delivered from Chick-fil-A. My salad arrived with no dressing! Not sure what could be worse than that. I asked for extra toppings on the side and of course those were not in there either. My husband fries were cold. Terrible terrible service
