This is a great place for kids and adults! I don't think I can EVER get tired of it! The food is good, they have a play place for kids, and an offer for children who get kid's meals! "TRADE TOY FOR FREE ICE CREAM!" the kids love it, and would trade it any day! It's good for me as well, I can save money! This is good for quick meals or sit downs with friends!
1) At least 3 different kids at this location have SOUR attitudes. I don’t choose Chick-fil-a to put up with bad attitudes. Out of all the years I’ve been a customer with the company, I’ve never really had issues until I started coming to this location. Fix the attitudes and faces, please.? It makes people not want to even come.2) When they handed me my bag, there was an item missing from my order.3) Also, they stuffed 4 sauces into my fries box and after removing the sauces, there are barely ANY fries in the box! This is pure laziness. This is not what I paid for and the customer is being taking advantage of.This is the worst location I’ve ever been to in 12 years.
This place used to be flawless. Order accuracy was 100%. This is no longer the case. The biggest issue is with the condiments now. If the person taking the order asks how many condiments I want and they aren't in the bag that's a problem. I don't enjoy the chicken without BBQ. We all have ketchup at home so that being left off isn't as big of a problem. Seems like I need to tell the order taker that I'll just request my condiments at the window since they can't seem to remember to put them in the bag anymore.
I order delivery almost 3x a week for work since I can’t leave. I add requests for condiments and almost never receive them. That’s annoying. I wonder if the associates working can read fine print or are they just ignorant or even both. I pay for a large fry just for them to fill it as a medium, then they are soggy. That’s so sad. I don’t feel right tipping them if I can’t get what I pay for/ordered in return.
Great location. Always efficient and polite, even on busy days. Food came out correct, hot, fresh. The de facto experience at chick fil a that we all love.
I like the location but EVERYTIME I order Grilled instead of Fried y’all mess up my or order. I am met with lots of excuses and money lost. I don’t get napkins, straws and I ask hey is this in my bag they say yes… I get home and nope missing a food item.
As much as we stop to grab chick-fa-a… this is the worst by far one to ever go to! They ask you how many sauces would u like ..and then they tell you “Oh we have a shortage”?. Every other one I went to charges 30 cents for an empty salad container..which is completely okay. But this location tells you that “we can not give you a container” ? while the lady at the window is looking at you with the rudest face ever !! It’s always something at this location!
This Chick fil a has the dining room open when most are closed.Was greeted at the door by a lovely lady. Food was fast and tasty as always. Same great lady greeted us at our leaving.Very pleasant experience. Worth goin 15 miles down the highway from the one closest to our homeNew Chick fil a home for us
My order is ALWAYS wrong no matter how many times I have to repeat it, they have kids working here so flirting around and talking about whatever gossip they have is always more important than their customers. I literally drive 20 min out of my way to not come to this facility. It’s the same morning, afternoon or night which is odd for a Chik-fil-a company to be like this. Listening gets you a long way, just saying.
Long lines at all times, but they go fast. The people outside that take your order are very kind with a smile. Great food.
