We love Chic Fil A. The service is always fast and friendly and delivered with their trade remark of "My Pleasure".The app allows you to earn free food rather quickly.I cannot think of a time I have ever had a bad experience at any of their restaurants.
I just witnessed a little boy playing with a fork on the black rope/divider. He was not making a lot of noise he was not even being a nuisance. But yet Marilu (while in the middle of checking out a customer) felt the need to say " excuse me Sir, excuse me sir can you stop. Chic Fil-A needs to educate their employee's on individuals with a disability. This young man was autistic and nonverbal. This young man was not destroying property or causing chaos.
I placed a DELIVERY order a day in advance for Doctors Day on 3/30. I was in charge of catering lunch for a group of Physicians and staff. Delivery was scheduled for 11:30 am, 11:30 am comes and goes, but I know things happen, no problem. I call the location at noon, and I was told, oh it's here, we have it as pick up. I have a group of Physicians and staff on a tight schedule waiting for food, and I clearly have conformation showing DELIVERY! I now have hungry Physicians/staff sitting around waiting on food and I look like I dropped the ball! I chose Chick fil-A with confidence that it would be a smooth process, IT WASN'T! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Try telling a group of hungry doctors/staff ummm yea chick fil-A is just now about to leave, after I had to call them! DELIVERY scheduled between 11:30-11:45 am, driver calls me at 12:20 lost! FOOD WAS FINALLY DELIVERED AT 12:30 PM RIDICULOUS!! Two sandwiches were suppose to be no pickles, they all have pickles, and I am missing one box meal! The provider with the missing meal just chose to go eat in the Physicians lounge! Needless to say I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION FOR LUNCH EVENTS!!
The worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been toAnd won’t go back to another one is this is how Chick-fil-A has changed. I always get the chicken nuggets. Omg I got the 8 piece meal. Are you kidding me I got the equivalent of a half of a chicken finger. 8 marble sized nuggets that did not have the normal delicious dredging on it and the normally delicious crispy waffle fries were so undercooked and soggy. No more done
Great ? spot for healthy food. Wish they take the time to listen instead of trying to rush your order due to the line.Ordered grilled chicken but received fried chicken. Still taste good but my dog ? was happy instead of my stomach. No fried food for me though.
Service was not great until an employee named Derick went out of his way to help me out and save the whole experience. They need more employees like him!
CFA is a bit expensive but always good, love the peppermint shake, very flavorful. However I did get the wrong order this time,should have checked it on site
Food and service were good. Plenty of table seating. The area was clean and not too noisy. Great for a refreshing stop.?
Ordered polynesian sauce and it looked like rats chewed on it.
Staff were all leaning on things and looking very droopy eyes which was odd since it was only 10:30am. We ordered kids chicken nugget meal only to discover after we got to our destination that instead of nuggets, they gave us cold hash browns.
