Always quick service, awesome staff & the drive thru here is very well put together to avoid traffic. I love it. The food is always hot and they never forget my sauces. Never disappoint, me and my family love going here after doctor appointments to cheer us up. We love it. Thank y’all, keep up the amazing work !

I requested 5 pack of Hot Sauce (please see attached receipt) but upon opening the package at home I found out that there was no single pack of Hot Sauce. I should have checked at the time of pick up but I thought since it was a mobile order it should be fine since everything was printed on the receipt. It is very disappointing because I had to eat my meal without requested Sauce. Hopefully management will do something about my experience.- Rony

I went to Chick Fil A, this is my third time getting the wrong order. Dont eat pork tried calling several had to be at work in 10 minutes was no way I can go back to the store. No one was answering the phone leave a message we will contact you 24 to 48 hrs my order is mess up now.

I ordered delivery which was scheduled to arrive between 1:00 and 1:15. It actually arrived at 12:45. The food was cold and the veggies were soggy. I contacted customer service only to get a response from them with a LONG message dealing with their delivery process never once stating how they would rectify the situation. She used the word unfortunately about 10 times in the ridiculously long message. She proceeded to suggest that I in the future order sides like chips salad or fruit that don’t require maintaining the temperature. If I wanted fruit or chips I would have ordered those items. By the way the location was the North Collin’s location. If I had ordered one meal this might be a different situation, however I ordered food for four people and all of them had complaints about their food. This is completely unacceptable!! I’ve been a VALUABLE customer for years. This is not the typical response for Chick-fil-A. They are known for their great customer service and quality of their products. It was my please to leave you this review!

I am actually shocked that I am giving them a 3 star review. The food was hot and fresh as expected but....I had to wait in the drive thru line. Like really wait, 15-20 mins. I was shocked. Shocked I say. The line was two sides and long, really long, but they had multiple employees out with the tablets taking orders. I'm sure it would have been an hour wait anywhere else, but can't give a glowing review for a 15-20 minute wait in a drive through. ? Giving a 3-star review to Chic Fil A feels like I'm an agent of Satan.

Rarely do I comment negative reviews , however, please be more careful when trying to serve customers while rushing to get them through the line. No dressing for the salad. No granola for the 2 yogurts and no utensils.. Very disappointed. Next time I will have to make sure the order is correct and open all bags. This is not the first time. Last year I ordered 3 salads . When I got to my school to give to the teachers that had ordered them, there was no dressing and everyone had to take their salads home and didn't eat them for lunch.

There was no hand soap or hand sanitizer in the men's restroom and we saw an employee using the toilet and then walk out of the restroom obviously without washing his hands properly ... Some sanitary training reinforcement would be good at this location.

These are my granddaughters nuggets. So embarrassing of this location as it had always served us fresh well done food. Please cook nuggets and other food well before serving it out. The better food quality the better experience we as customers get.

Even when busy they take care of their guests the drive thru people outside should wear a yellow safety vest tho. So they are seen and not have an injury due to bad drivers
