Grab your purses and get a table!This was a great establishment. The food was excellent and service was GOLD star. Sebastian was our waiter and when I tell you he has a Master's degree in customer service, you better believe he did a fabulous job with our party of 6. He was so attentive and friendly. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty. It also was in huge servings because our plates were overflowing. I didn't know if Cheddar's was this delicious! My T-bone steak was cooked to perfection (Medium well) and seared to perfection ??. THANK YOU, Sebastian, for making our pre-Mother's Day celebration a meal to remember. You are wonderful!
It was busy with a bit of a wait. We were seated in the bar, where the booth will not win any comfort contest. The food was good.
Our water was fabulous! KD was courteous, regularly asked if we needed anything else ( without going overboard) and made sure our drinks were full. I had the 8 oz bourbon glaze salmon. The flavors were spot on but the portion size was greatly underwhelming. IF I ordered this again I would have to get double salmon to feel satisfied. 8 oz is just to small but I didn't know what that would translate to but based on the beautiful picture on the menu I was hopeful. If it had been that size I would have been elated!
First time I went here I got a chicken sandwich which was good but the ceaser pasta salad that I got on my second visit was better. Definitely recommend. ???? Also nice server and there was no wait for me.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!So I’ll make this post quicker than the 15 minutes I was waiting with no interaction from the wait staff. I entered the restaurant and was seated with no problem. That’s a good thing. And that was it. For the next 15 minutes I sat there waiting, and not a single person came by to even ask if I wanted water. At that point I realized if basic service was this incompetent, I could only imagine how bad the food would be. I know we’re in a pandemic but basic service couldn’t have suffered this greatly. In short I left I spent my money elsewhere. This place has definitely seen better days. I will not be returning.
First, our server was amazing. Very attentive and sweet. But that is the only good thing about it. We've been going to this location for years and used to enjoy it. The silverware was dirty, we went through 6 sets of silverware to find a clean one. The food was OLD and cold. The mashed potatoes were so old a crust had formed on them, french fries were reheated and potato chip crunchy. My sons burger was basically raw, everything tasted like old grease. Baked potato was so hard you couldn't get your fork in it. It made us nauseous. They did offer to bring a replacement but by that point we had lost our appetite. Overall just a horrible dining experience.
Really loved this Cheddars. Food was good and came out in a decent time frame. Waitress was extremely nice and made sure we were taken care of.My 2 complaints:When we first arrived we were told a 30 min wait, which is understandable. How ever it was over an hour wait and the restaurant was mostly empty. Secondly, no one and I mean no one, was wearing a mask. It was a bit shocking that only my party was masked.
We have been going to Cheddars for year but two years ago the quality and service had declined. I had sent a complaint to corporate about the condition of the restrooms and received a $25 coupon to go again. Do we went again and was pleasantly surprised at the cleaningess and the great food, we actually told them the cook was outstanding. Only thing the caused four stars was the waitress did not watch the table for refills and pick up dirty dishes.
I met my friend here for lunch and was extremely disappointed with my visit. The service was very poor...the restaurant wasn't crowded but we experienced a longer than normal wait time for the food to be served, and it was cold when it finally arrived!!! Not to mention, we could smell alcohol on the server's breath!!! Her presence was disheveled, shirt not buttoned properly, and her shirt was dirty. On top of this, the server had a bad attitude when requests were made. I won't mention her name, because we're in a pandemic and I know everyone needs money. However, Cheddar's should be more thorough in their hiring and training procedures. There was a huge 'Now Hiring' sign posted on the building, so I guess they're hiring anybody. I hadn't eaten at this location in over a year and don't plan on returning.
I was severed at the bar. The young lady was so friendly, That she made all who was there very pleased. Thanks so much for what you do for other's. I hope anyone that stops by, have the experience I had. It's a really enjoyable place for the family ?. Blessings
