We got it togo and it was all good. The place is clean. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly lady behind the counter. We ordered salads with extra toppings like grilled mushrooms and grilled jalapeños. And we ordered the works. All was perfect.I wish they had coke products instead of Pepsi products. But other than that it was a good experience.
Eat here often but won't after they showed 0 care. I know the pies on the counter are made elsewhere. They're usually pretty good. I grabbed a buttermilk pie the other night, and took a bite and bleh.. all kinds.of nastiness. Allspice, cinnamon, and it was NOT A BUTTERMILK PIE. Here lies the issue. Im allergic to cinnamon. Buttermilk pie DOES NOT HAVE IT. I brought it to the ladys attention.. and told her I knew they were brought in and they need to tell them.it was mislabeled because if someone has an allergy worse their family could sue if they die.. she said we don't make them and walked off. No refundNo care...
The food was average. Really nothing to right home about. I was okay with the 15 minute wait considering the size of the burger, but I don't know if I'd be willing to wait if they were really busy or during the lunch crowd (I was the only one here). I got the bacon burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Mustard. The patty didn't have any seasoning it was juicy and cooked right but tasted bland. The fries weren't that great, there was a lot of small pieces and they were over cooked. Would have liked to see a combo meal instead of everything individually priced. The meal was not worth the 17.55 that I spent. Theres some other interesting choices I'd like to try like the chicken salad. The clean establishment and friendly staff saved the day.
WOW! I cannot say enough things about the CHAPPS store location on Arkansas, Dee, and her staff! We ordered a large group lunch for 75 people. EVERY burger was customized and CHAPPS got EVERY BURGER RIGHT. They were delicious, bagged with each person's name including condiments to make their lunch perfect. Burgers were delicious and all were happy!We will definitely use them for our school luncheon again! THANKS CHAPPS FOR A GREAT JOB!
When someone insists that you try a restaurant what should you do? You try the restaurant. This restaurant is located in a shopping center just off Highway 360 and is easily accessible. The warm welcome at the counter was a bit cold, the restaurant was clean and the experience was just ok. The Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast with grilled onions was tasty, the sweet potato fries not so much. The Turkey Burger ? not a fan. The highlight of this experience was the friendly delivery of the food by the kind gentleman. That was much appreciated. I tried this restaurant simply because someone asked me to.
The burgers... Fries.... Hot dogs... Much like 5 guys but BETTER. And the management at those location (Arkansas) are always so awesome!

DO NOT EAT HERE. There was a roach in my burger and when I brought it up, the old Asian woman cashier snatched it out of my hands and accused me of putting it in there. I was made to wait 20 minutes on what I thought was my refund so I could leave but instead she remade it and said she would not refund me. I threw away the meal as I was too disgusted and I left. She beyond rude and has zero customer service skills. It’s a franchised mom and pop shop so their business won’t last long with that attitude, maybe then they will learn how to treat paying guests.
