I was craving Italian and was struggling finding something my SO and I both would like. Taking a chance we ordered. When I went to pick up my food I was greeted by an amazing breath of fresh air young man. There is nothing better than getting a feeling someone is happy, in general happy. Smiling, conversing and delivering OUTSTANDING customer service. That was all before I got my food home and ate. If the food had been mediocre the service would have made up for it. The food was outstanding. Will be on my go to list when I'm in town.

Ambience was good, service was ok, food not that great.. We ordered an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms and look what came. The mushrooms were floating in soup.. ( should be named floating mushrooms instead) definitely not an appetizer..see the picture I posted.. Didnt taste good either to be honest.. The waitress must have guessed seeing our reactions that we didnt like it.. She tells us " yeah here they do it a little differently it cones little soggy, i have never seen it like this anywhere before. "My lasagna with chicken was just ok, my wife had a chicken parmigiana which was little ok. Finally finished off with a tiramisu which was good.I feel rates are high for what food they offer.

We had a great Father's Day lunch here. 1st time and won't be the last time. The owner greeted us and everyone was most pleasant and made for an enjoyable time. We had mussels, garlic bread and something else that I don't remember the name but it had cheese and ham I think rolled in balls and deep fried. All was delicious. We had a table of 8 so multiple items were devoured. I personally ordered the stromboli which came late due to forgotten or misplaced. They made it fresh and well worth the wait. I wished I had snapped a picture and it was on the house because of what happened. I truly recommend Cafe Sicillia. Wonderful hidden gem !!!!!!

Went in to this restaurant with my niece and just loved it. Never saw it before, and can’t believe I’ve missed this place all these years! Love the people first of all, so friendly and make you feel like you’re in a New York Or Chicago Italian restaurant and I really miss that! The food is so wonderful, you really get the flavor of the authentic Italian spices and aromas of the great foods of Italy!!!! So wonderful to have found this place, friendly people and great food! What a combination!Cindy Okon

Decided to check this place out for lunch. Pleasantly surprised how good the food was. I'm always looking for an Italian place that offers a spicy marinara and this place delivered! Very happy with the food and service. Our server was extremely polite and prompt. We will go back and try more again soon!

I had the lunch special soup & eggplant lasagna with meat sauce so delicious!! Definitely recommend it.

Food is BUSSIN! I was apprehensive but I truly enjoyed my food and so did my friend! I also had the stracciatella Romano soup and it was so good! Bread is so good!

When we eat there food is good. Ordered family spaghetti and meatballs a few months ago and the pasta was like mush - over cooked for any 'Italian' restaurant. Was offered a complimentary meal but that was not my intention so I did not take up the offer. It was just an alert to them. 2 days ago ordered the family chicken marsala and the very thin chicken ( which I like) but very small portions ( which I thought was too slight ) and then an over abundance of pasta for 6 of us ,1/2 was not eaten and discarded. The salad was chunks of lettuce and a few small pieces of tomato. I don't think the value of these family meals are worth it so that will be my last endeavor. Eating in - yes. Ordering take out - no.

This is a nice little quaint Italian spot in southeast Arlington (not too far from Mansfield border). We’ve come a few times and the food is always good. The pizza is New York style (thing crust) with a bubbling cheese and good toppings. My wife got the ham and cheese arancini balls. The pasta dishes (spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna) were good too.Highly recommend this place if looking for a nice dinner in a good ambience.
