As always this burger joint is top notch! I have been coming to burger Street for over 30 years for their CHICKEN SANDWICHES! It is the bomb! So tender and grilled to perfection. We visit whenever we are in the area.
Poor customer service and has/had the audacity to expect you to be okay with it. I try to support restaurants, but I see why many have opted for dining at home. For the amount of money I spend at this establishment regularly and the amount of people I have suggested trying this restaurant, I surely regret it. The least they could do is return respect and ensure my orders are correct despite me still respectfully addressing the error. I often say please, thank you, and address everyone as sir or ma’am, but maybe they would appreciate it more if you talk to them disrespectfully as they tend to slam windows and doors in your face after their mistake. If you’re overwhelmed, simply repeat the order back for accuracy, but don’t expect me to keep track of a receipt especially when I often decline them or never receive them anyway. I live at least an hour away from this establishment and after making it all the way home I notice everything I said not to have on there, was right there on the sandwich. Allergens I cannot even come in contact with. I contacted the manager CECE and she said to come back and simply mention her name I shouldn’t have a problem. I did that after driving back and was asked for the receipt. These people would not replace the single double cheeseburger they messed up despite being able to look up the receipt or the secondary order book when a customer provides their name for a future visit they should have that most restaurant with sense would. Why on earth would a customer retain a receipt when they don’t expect to have an issue to begin with. I have decided to never patronize their location again.
Honestly, I am disappointed in this restaurant, but more specifically this location and will not patronize it moving forward. On the rare occasion that they got my order wrong, I expected a hassle free replacement when I did return. I seen this as no issue as I was introduced to this restaurant on a whim, but enjoyed it so much that I spent over $300+ at this location despite living in a completely different city. Imagine my surprise when I make it home and the order is not only incorrect, but full of allergens. I called the establishment and was told to just have it remade when I visit and to give the managers or whatever her title is name and that was all. Fast forward to today, i was in the area and was purchasing yet again, more food. I mentioned the SANDWICH that was supposed to be replaced and after a few moments was told to pull up to the window, I however had additional items to order and pay for so I placed that order; however, when I pulled up to the window the hassle I received with the same generic explanation of why they wouldn’t comp the SANDWICH was baffling. Because they incorrectly made my sandwich previously, they expected me to have this receipt from several weeks back or drive to get it despite living in a separate city. Mind boggling considering how much I spend here in addition to placing and paying for another order. I would have wasted more money driving to retrieve an old receipt than they would’ve replacing what I already paid for and could not eat. Poor customer service and entirely negligent handling of a situation they created. Never again. I enjoy spending money, but I like saving more.
Great bacon burgers and curly fries. You can help yourself to free soft serve vanilla ice cream cone for dessert,in the dinning area. They also have the most amazing cherry limeade,perfect for a hot summer day.
The hamburger were ok. Not big deal. Way to expensive for a combo with a 12 oz. Soda Service was the worst. The girls were talking on their cell phone for 12 minutes and then they place my order for another 18 minutes. Because they went back to their call. I hope it was good conversation for basically ignoring the people on the drive thru and inside. I went inside after 18 minutes waiting for my order. This was wrong. I will never go back that place. The employees were polite the entire time. The prices are good but the pictures shown on the menu are very deceptive. We purchased 2 burgers and 1 was a meal. The bun on the small burger was chilled and was so flat. Not very appetizing. The employees asked to see the receipt and then replaced the burger and served another batch of fries in a separate box. The larger, chilli cheese, burger was gigantic but was so hard to eat because it completely fell apart when it was picked up the first time. She had to use a fork to eat it. I will say the food tasted very good though. I think it may have been the cook that apologized as he walked past us. I just expected our meals to look a little more like the meals in the menu.
The African American woman working the drive thru window was extremely rude and nasty as normal human begins we just thought ourselves "she may just be having a rough day" so we kept being kind and saying "please and thank you" she handed our drinks out and we looked away from a second and she annoyingly says "HEELLOO" like as if we 5 minutes into not looking at the window. Once she handed us our food we told her thank you and she slammed the drive through window shut and walked away. Moral of the story if you can't and don't like working fast food make better choices, find a different job and don't work with people. And the chili and cheese curley fries look disgusting cheese looks a day or 2 old and chili looks over cooked.
The burgers are probably the best I've had at any fast food place. The fries however, are average at best. Onion rings were too sweat for my liking. Otherwise, awesome food and quick service.
Terrible customer service. Did not pay attention when I was placing my order was not professional in the way they behaved. Had to restate my order and they still didn't get it right nor did they tell me what it cost. Lady at the window did not confirm order only stated the price after I paid I got my food then my drink and when I told her I had ordered a large she corrected me to inform me I had ordered a regular. I normally love this place but I will not be returning to the business
Ok love the burger and I absolutely love the lady that’s always at the window. She is so sweet and goes OUT OF HER WAY to be nice. BUT the lighter skinned lady was EXTREMELY rude today. I’ve been getting no cheese on my burger for 30 years ? literally and when she asked me cheese? I said NO. That woman argued me down RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW! Not once but twice & kept mumbling under her breath things about asking people questions at the menu. That’s whats got me the most upset!! because YES YOU ASKED ME AND STILL GOT IT WRONG. If you don’t like the fact that my order was wrong because what you misspoke please by all means get an attitude and bad mouth the customer WHEN SHE LEAVES. It’s just baffling how Nasty she was and I’m such a sweet spirit. I can admit if I’m wrong, but she was wrong. I sincerely hope her attitude adjusts because this is not the first rude vibe I’ve gotten from her.
